We plan to make our resources fully open. The situations we show as resources in our project are as follows;

Problem is most of the citizens and students in Cyprus and Eastern Mediterranean University are into cryptocurrencies to keep and gain their wealth. It is hard to stable and grow their economic situation in this harsh Turkish economy, so citizens are likely to find more ways to make money like cryptocurrency and young people especially students are chasing this opportunity but most of the young citizens are not aware of Cardano and cryptocurrency’s.

Solution to this problem is spreading Cardano to young citizens/students.

Our team’s goal is to build a Cardano Community in our University:

• Seminars about Cardano to inform students.

• Correlation with other clubs to spread information in the University.

• Creating events that include workshops, Q&A’s.

• Building a Cardano Community Discord especially for Eastern Mediterranean University.

• Regulate online meetings to chat with the community.

Main objectives:

• Through seminars, events, workshops, and meetings, spread information about Cardano and get more people in to use Cardano as cryptocurrencies.

TRNC(Northern Cyprus) is a country that has started to receive payments for some purchases with crypto and crypto has started to enter daily life. Our first goal is to organize a conference for students who are interested in and want to learn about economy, business and crypto in our university.

These conferences we will organize are basically to introduce the purpose of cardano and what ADA is in the crypto world to potential users and to increase the popularity of ADA within the university community.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We are four new content creators with different skills working together on this project.

Kaya (Team Manager) has previously worked on projects in Cardano and gained experience as a community reviewer. He is a 20-year-old enthusiastic software developer who is currently still developing himself in the software field.

Umut (Researcher) is an enthusiastic researcher who has been doing research and running from book to book since he was little. He is one of the people who benefit most from the internet, which is the blessing of the new age. In addition, he is an intelligent researcher/financier who has a mid-level knowledge of finance thanks to his previous internships.

Nazlı (Social Media Manager) is an active media person who is really dedicated to improving herself by taking several courses opened by Google and has achieved certain success in this regard, and has been assigned to the social media side of the team because she has managed many social media account before.

Emir Aydındoğan//Community Manager

He is a skilled Java and Flutter user is now diving into game development. He's excited to use his Java know-how for creating cool games. Also, as a community manager, Emir is looking forward to connecting with players and bringing his own touch to this project. It's a new adventure, and he's ready to roll.

We boast a broad spectrum of skills spanning from technology to media, and believe we have a well-equipped team for the community we're striving to build at our university. Except for our team captain (Kaya), most of us are new to this ecosystem and are learning much of what we wish to share in this community.

I am a self-taught software developer delving into the world of Cardano, I aim to disseminate my newfound knowledge to make the onboarding process smoother for others interested in joining the Cardano community.

I am one of the founders of the "Cardano Turkey Community" and I want to increase the awareness of Cardano in more countries by transferring what I have learned along the way to others.

I've spent 4 years learning and building projects with Python, and I'm proficient in Arduino. Completed a Python course with a Udemy certificate.

Co-founder of littlefish Foundation. In Project Catalyst and involved in Cardano since Fund 7. Organization building, governance, token engineering with long term interest in economics, game theory, behavioral psychology, political science, and history. 3+ years experience as a Backend Developer. Python, REST, Postgres, data modeling. Electrical and Electronics Engineering Major.

The main cost of this project is manpower and providing the necessary materials and place to organize the events.The four team members will work at a rate of 10 USD/hr for 65hrs each a month for 3 months organize all the events.

Cost per month per team member = 10 x 65 = 650 USD

Cost per month for the team = 2600 USD

Team cost for 3 months = 7800 USD

Materials and event place = 1800 USD

Tools and tech budget = 1340 USD

Total cost = 10940 USD

Total in ADA (ADAUSD = 0,38) = 26000 ADA

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Our university is an untapped market with great growth potential for Cardano. We can even expand the community we established at our university to all of Cyprus with subsequent funds. Lack of any community hub, lack of content materials, Cardano

its potential is little known in the larger market. This proposal requests 3 months and your budget of 10k USD or 26k ADA to build this center and introduce Cardano in our University. In my opinion, it is a small fee that can be paid to enter a large market.
