The lack of Hydra educational resources for Non-Native English Community Developers creates a significant barrier for them to learn and actively participate in the Cardano ecosystem.
This is the total amount allocated to Hydra Course for Non-Native English Community Developers. 3 out of 3 milestones are completed.

Our solution will be to create a comprehensive and user-friendly Hydra video course in the native language. This will allow Non-Native English Community Developers to learn and interact with Cardano.
No dependencies.
Project will be fully open source
Initially, we presented this proposal in F10, receiving a High rating. However, regrettably, it has not secured funding as of now.
To address the scalability needs of Cardano, IOG has introduced various on-chain and off-chain solutions. These solutions include block size increases, pipelining, input endorsers, memory/CPU parameter optimizations for Plutus scripts, Plutus script enhancements, node enhancements, on-disk storage improvements, sidechains, Hydra, off-chain computing and Mithril.
The Hydra Head protocol is the basis for creating a second layer for Cardano that will enable sub-one-second settlements, low to near zero fees, and reduce space requirements on the blockchain. It will allow the creation of a parallel network that will process user transactions in an off-chain manner. This means that the Cardano network does not need to verify these transactions and does not need to store them on the blockchain. So thanks to Hydra, Cardano has the potential to achieve scalability of up to 1 million transactions per second (TPS).
Currently, there are several Hydra manuals available in English. These tutorials cover topics such as operating the Hydra node, developing Hydra, using Hydra... However, it is important to note that these resources are currently available in English, which may not be appropriate and can pose a barrier for Non-Native English Community Developers.
In the Cardano Foundation's report "Annual Report 2022", it is pointed out that Education is one of the three focus areas of CF's actions in the coming time to boost resources for the Cardano ecosystem.
Our proposed solution aims to address the challenges faced by non-native English-speaking developers in accessing educational resources about Hydra. These developers often face difficulties due to language barriers, scattered documentation on the internet and a lack of community support.
To overcome these challenges, we propose to create a Hydra course in the form of videos. This course will cover various aspects of Hydra, including installation, demos, operating a Hydra node, Hydra development, using Hydra, the Hydra Head Protocol, use cases. By offering this video course, we aim to provide a comfortable and accessible learning experience for Non-Native English Community Developers.
Our solution will not only bridge the language gap but also provide a centralized and cohesive resource. Non-Native English Community Developers can rely on this resource to learn and use Hydra.
Our proposed solution addresses the challenge of technical documentation and education for the Cardano ecosystem by providing comprehensive and accessible resources on how to use different tools, libraries, and SDKs. By creating a Hydra video course specifically designed for Non-Native English Community Developers, we aim to bridge the language gap and provide a scientific learning resource.
The benefits of our solution to the Cardano ecosystem are multifold.
To share the outputs and results of our project, we have the following plans:
We will submit a Statement of Milestones (SoM) which will be published, reviewed, and approved by Community Reviewers. In each Milestone, we will public Proof of Achievement (PoA) to provide evidence that the milestone for which we have already been paid has been achieved.
We will outputs/results on our website at UBA, VOER, and C2VN where interested individuals can access our update proactively. Discuss or query us about any topics they prefer.
These will be places we share updates, success stories, and best practices. These will allow us to reach a larger audience and gather feedback and suggestions from the community, fostering a collaborative approach to decentralized identity adoption
Our team possesses a strong capability to deliver projects with high levels of trust and accountability. Here's why

The cost of the project represents value for money for the Cardano ecosystem in several ways:
1.High-Quality Education: The project aims to establish a training center that provides comprehensive and high-quality education on Cardano blockchain technology
2. Skilled Workforce: By training individuals in blockchain technology and Cardano specifically, the project contributes to the development of a skilled workforce. These trained professionals can then contribute to the growth and innovation of the Cardano ecosystem by working on projects, developing applications, or providing consulting services. The cost of the project, therefore, translates into a valuable asset in terms of human capital.
3. Cardano Ecosystem Expansion: The project's focus on connecting graduates with relevant blockchain projects and businesses further expands the Cardano network. By facilitating collaborations and partnerships, the project enhances the ecosystem's reach and potential for development. This increased network effect can lead to more opportunities, collaborations, and overall growth for the Cardano ecosystem.
4. Return on Investment: The cost of the project can be seen as an investment in the future of the Cardano ecosystem. By nurturing a skilled workforce and fostering educational initiatives, the project contributes to the long-term sustainability and success of Cardano. The benefits derived from a well-trained and knowledgeable community can potentially outweigh the initial costs incurred.
Overall, the cost of the project represents value for money for the Cardano ecosystem by investing in education, developing a skilled workforce, expanding the network, and positioning Cardano for long-term growth and success.
