Currently, our CEVI community is active on three main communication channels, including:

Discord: Currently has over 600 members

Facebook: over 1200 followers

Youtube: Over 1500 followers

 

We have also built a multilingual knowledge library, including 60 documents about Cardano projects in Vietnamese, 60 documents in English, and 60 documents in Japanese. Here is the link to the documents we built in the Learn to Earn Cardano ecosystem project (Fun 9):

We also completed building a set of 400 questions to test knowledge about the Blockchain platform, Cardano and projects in the Cardano ecosystem.

Our project will take advantage of available resources to expand and develop. To ensure that useful information and knowledge on CEVI's media channels will be disseminated to more people, contributing to building and expanding the Cardano community.

 

We will build and develop based on taking advantage of available resources to develop the CEVI community even stronger by:

• Maintain and promote activities on all three media channels: Discord, Facebook and YouTube.

Realizing that there is currently a decentralized social networking platform, Cos.TV, that is developing quite strongly. This platform allows synchronizing videos on YouTube channels to Cos.TV, so many major KOLs in the Crypto market have begun to migrate to this Cos.TV platform gradually.

To take advantage of existing videos, we will build an additional Cos.TV channel for the CEVI community. We will repost the videos on the Youtube channel to the Cos.TV platform to take advantage of Cos.TV's large community to disseminate knowledge to more people.

• Build a website to store documents in the knowledge library including project analysis articles, experience sharing articles, and important information about the Cardano ecosystem. Currently, our knowledge library has many quality articles. These articles were posted on CEVI's Discord and Facebook and shared on a number of other platforms, such as Telegram and websites of other Cardano Communities and were enthusiastically received and appreciated by the community. To build a richer knowledge library and update new information about projects on Cardano in recent times, we will build 40 more Vietnamese documents to supplement the knowledge library.
• Make 9 Videos summarizing news about the Cardano ecosystem. We plan to implement the project in 9 months. At the end of each month, we will have a Video to synthesize and analyze important information that has just happened in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Organize 05 Learn to Earn contests to attract more users and improve users' knowledge. This project inherits the Learn to Earn Cardano ecosystem project that was funded by Catalyst to be deployed in Fun 9. Fun 9 took place during the winter period of the Crypto market. Although things were quite gloomy, we successfully organized CEVI's first Learn To Earn competition and achieved high user satisfaction in the community. We surveyed Learn to Earn participants and found that over 90% of participants were satisfied with our Learn to Earn event. To take advantage of CEVI's available experience and resources, in this project, we will focus on expanding the implementation of Learn to Earn contests to the community.

 

When participating in Learn to Earn contests, users will learn more knowledge and earn income.

 

We realize that to disseminate knowledge and update news to the community, the Discord platform has a great advantage over other platforms such as Telegram and Facebook because Discord can be divided into separate channels. Therefore, when there is a lot of continuously updated news, the articles will not be washed out like other platforms. Our CEVI community will have Discord as its central channel. Other communication channels are support channels.

We plan to organize 05 different Learn to Earn events. For each contest, participants need to satisfy a certain condition. The exam format will focus on answering multiple-choice knowledge questions about Crypto, Blockchain, and the Cardano ecosystem on our exam interface website platform. Each time a learner takes the exam, the Website will automatically take a random set of questions from the exam bank. The website also has the effect of preventing cheating when participants try to exit the exam screen to look up answers to questions on the internet. When the participant exits the screen for about 30 seconds, the Website will start the automatic submission function. After completing the test, the participant presses the submit button, and the test taker's score and ability level rating will be displayed right on the screen.

To participate in Learn to Earn Contests, members on Discord CEVI need to have the appropriate Learn to Earn role for each contest. Therefore, members on Discord need to actively participate in exchanging, interacting, and learning to improve their knowledge to earn the appropriate Learn to Earn role to participate in the contest. Rewards will be given to those who actively interact and promote the contest, and those who score high in the contest will be paid in ADA coins.

During the Learn to Earn events. In addition to taking the exam to test knowledge about Blockchain, we also consider organizing other forms such as a content creation contest on Blockchain topics, analytical essay writing contest on Blockchain topics, etc... We plan to use 03 to 04 Learn to Earn Contests in the form of multiple choice questions about Blockchain knowledge and from 01 to 02 Learn to Earn Contests in other forms, as stated above.

With the above Learn to Earn mechanism, members will earn income by using their skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to the Cardano ecosystem. To earn income, members need to continuously learn to improve their knowledge skills and continue to use that knowledge and skills to make money. In addition, CEVI will select valuable contributions and knowledge from the community to update CEVI's knowledge library. This mechanism will create a loop to self-promote the sustainable development of the CEVI and Cardano communities.

With this proposal, CEVI will bring the following values to solve the above problems:

• Update information about the Cardano ecosystem: Through CEVI's communication channels, CEVI will provide the community with the most updated information about events taking place in the Cardano ecosystem. CEVI creates a trustworthy place for community activities with people who love Crypto and Blockchain Cardano in particular.

• Knowledge training: Through information shared on CEVI's media channels and articles in the knowledge library, users can learn more and improve their knowledge about investment, Blockchain, and Crypto. Especially a better understanding of projects in the Cardano ecosystem to make the right investment decisions and avoid fraudulent projects.

• Learn To Earn contests: Users need to build the ecosystem, learn, and improve their knowledge to be eligible to participate in the contest. Users can evaluate their abilities and earn additional income when participating in the contest. This also motivates users to learn and improve their knowledge and attracts more users to the ecosystem.

Learn To Earn contents are notable events in the Crypto investment community and Cardano ecosystem. Therefore, it will help the community become more active, increase the influence of the Cardano Blockchain and help attract users to the ecosystem. Thereby promoting the development of the Cardano ecosystem.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Our project is expected to be completed in 9 months, divided into four milestones:

Milestone 1: Implementation time is 02 months

In this first milestone, we will upgrade the interface and functions of CEVI's communication channels, including Discord, Facebook, and YouTube.

We maintain updates about the Cardano ecosystem on Discord and Facebook servers.

We will also build two new communication channels, Website CEVI and Cos.TV, to further enhance the ability to disseminate knowledge to the community. We are contributing to making CEVI stronger.

We also recruited additional human resources for the project.

We also write more articles and make videos updating information about the Cardano ecosystem.

KPI indicators of milestone 01:

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

All costs have been calculated in accordance with the average salary in Vietnam for each specific job in the proposal. CEVI was able to take advantage of the advantages we have made over time, especially the foundations built from the Learn to Earn Cardano ecosystem project in Fun 9 to save costs on this proposal, including:

• We have built 03 communication channels that have operated stably for a long time, thus saving a large amount of costs compared to groups that have just started building.

• We have experience building the Learn To Earn Cardano Ecosystem project in Fun 9, which is considered phase one of the Learn To Earn project for which we are applying for funds. Therefore, we have enough experience and capacity to complete phase 2 without losing costs to consulting organizations.

• We have a multilingual knowledge library with 60 Vietnamese articles, 60 English articles, and 60 Japanese articles.

• We have a multiple-choice question bank of 400 quality questions to test Blockchain and Crypto knowledge.

• Successfully built a Website interface to allow users to take online exams with many diverse custom functions.

We've been around for a while, and we're not just relying on Catalyst funding. However, this funding will help us expand the community further and build a foundation to educate the Cardano community. That helps us develop more sustainably and have a greater position in Cardano's community, thereby bringing more value to the community.
