Six times monthly workshop in Indonesian's blockchain communities, so we can introduce SPO to them. We will teach them about how to be SPO in Cardano and also encourage them to stake their ADA in SPO.

Economic growth: education about decentralization is very important to equip people to understand how the blockchain technology works and also will help them get exposure to decentralized finance for unbanked group of people.

Partnership goals: network with communities and SPO to build partnership and collaboration in blockchain communities. It will make the partnership and connection stronger in the future.

Problem

• The main problem in Indonesia communities are people's lacking of understanding about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. They don't understand about proof of stake and how Cardano blockchain technology works.
• They usually stake their ADA in centralized exchanges. They don't know about SPO in Cardano and don't stake their ADA in SPO to support Cardano decentralization.

Solution

We will educate Indonesia's communities to understand about SPO and invite them to participate in staking at SPO. We will collaborate with Indonesia's SPO as the speaker for these workshop each month, so that they could have opportunity to educate new people about the importance of SPO, how to make a wallet, how to stake ADA at SPO and also become a SPO in Cardano. There are several things that we will do in this project:

• We will invite communities to join our monthly workshop. The communities that we will invite should be more than 1.000 members. We will collaborate with 6 communities.
• We will collaborate with SPO local in Indonesia, i.e. KAWANUA, Cardanesia, Icryp to explain about how to be a SPO and how to stake at SPO. We will educate the importance of staking in SPO and also how to choose a good SPO.
• We will organize a monthly workshop via zoom for 6 months, so that we can educate many people about SPO.
• We will encourage them to create Cardano's wallet and stake their ADA in SPO.

We believe that education and sharing knowledge are the best way to invite people involve in Cardano SPO. We want to see new people from communities get great explanation about SPO, support our local SPO and support Cardano decentralization through SPO.

Proof of Impact

• New Stakers at SPO at least 10-20 people in every workshop. Total will be 10-20 persons x 6 workshops = 60-120 new stakers. We will ask for their proof of staking & post it in google drive that we will attach in our github. We believe that we can get new stakers after we educate the importance of staking at SPO. We will ask them to create wallet, stake their ADA in our SPO, send proof and then we will raffle 3 winners to get reward for their participation on this workshop.
• We will record every workshop and upload it in Komunitas Cardano Indonesia Youtube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/cardanoindonesia). We want this workshop being watched by so many viewers outside the communities that we invite every month.

Impact for the Cardano ecosystem

The SPO community and ecosystem are vibrant and crucial parts of the Cardano ecosystem. SPOs play a crucial role in the Cardano Ecosystem. This project want to organize community events with a focus on SPO. We will held 6 times monthly SPO workshops that will facilitate our Indonesian SPO to share about SPO in general and also their SPO to new communities. This project will:

• Bring new people in Indonesia to stake their ADA at SPO to support Cardano's decentralization
• Help Indonesia's SPO to educate and promote their SPO to new people and communities. It will help new people to stake their ADA at SPO.
• Bring new people or group to understand how the SPO works and become new SPO at Cardano
• Make so many people understand about Cardano, not as an investment assets, but mostly about Cardano's blockchain technology & SPO.

With these 4 goals, we believe that this workshop will make so many people know better about Cardano and SPO, SPO's in Indonesia will have a chance to educate and invite new people to support them, and the Cardano ecosystem will be more decentralized and grow.

Workshop's Target

• Finish 6 times workshop with 6 communities in 6 months period.
• We aim for 10-20 stakers in every workshop. We will teach them how to stake at SPO and invite them to do it during the workshop.
• 6 workshop videos will be posted at Komunitas Cardano Indonesia Youtube Channel

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

I am confident to deliver this workshop because I am a community person. I am relate with so many blockchain communities in Indonesia. I am involve on those communities online and onsite. I am a funded proposer at Fund 9. I successfully delivered online AMA with Cross-Chain Communities with 3 different cross-chain communities (https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/63991). I also held several offline/ onsite community events in my city, Surabaya. I am well-connected person & I am passionate to help people understand about blockchain technology and Cardano ecosystem. In this project, I want to help people to know about SPO and participate to support Cardano decentralization and ecosystem.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

If funded, the workshop will start at March 2024-August 2024. There will be 6 workshop and 6 communities involves to make this workshop success. we will collaborate with Indonesia's SPO to educate and share their SPO to these communities.

The first milestone will be held 3 times workshop from March-May 2024 in 3 communities. Below some steps to achieve the first milestones:

• Step 2: Make promotion and promote it at least 2 weeks before the workshop

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

All the budget are reasonable and necessary to complete this SPO's workshop. This project will be 6 months long and will invite many new people to understand about SPO at Cardano and support Cardano ecosystem and decentralization.

For monthly event, 100 ADA hourly cost is a reasonable value for speaker, host, designer and video editor. They will work 2 hours every month & get around $80 is a reasonable amount.

For Project Coordinator, 14 hours will be divided into 4 hours connecting and arrange workshop with community, 2 hours working with designer and video editor, 2 hours working on the marketing process, 4 hours working with administrative work, (i.e. send out reward, make Cardano Forum report, fill milestone updates, etc.) and 2 hours attending project coordinator monthly meeting.
