Problem
- Challenges faced by Cardano-funded and non-funded projects, including disappointments, demotivation, deadline pressures, network issues, speech anxiety, and procrastination.
- Addressing widespread mental health concerns such as stigma in seeking care, isolation, limited awareness, toxic positivity, jargon misuse, self-diagnosis, and toxic vulnerability.
- There is an urgent need for wellness support in the web3 space. Market volatility and technological advancements have contributed to mental health issues, productivity struggles, feelings of isolation, anxiety, FOMO, and burnout. Corporate wellness programs are not enough to address these issues, and they can be expensive.
- Individuals in the modern world commonly face wellness challenges such as sedentary behavior, sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, lack of a support system, and the high cost of wellness services.
Solution
Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) role within the Cardano community focuses on behavioral coaching and support groups.
Format:
- 1:1 Calls: 30-minute individual behavioral coaching sessions with Cardano builders.
- Virtual Spaces: 60-90 minute group sessions, functioning as support groups covering topics like mindfulness, procrastination, vulnerability, emotional regulation, self-forgiveness, self-sabotage, and attachment dynamics.
Duration:
For a duration of 4 months, we will conduct a minimum of 30 sessions (including both 1:1 and group formats) with Cardano builders. Group sessions are scheduled bi-weekly, while 1:1 sessions will be available upon request. If you require personalized support or wish to join a group session, please feel free to direct message us.

I received funding from Catalyst during Fund 9 and delivered the MVP, established a knowledge base, build a community and a team. I'm passionate about holistic wellness, health optimization, the web3 and blockchain technologies. I firmly believe that wellness should not be a luxury, but rather a fundamental necessity accessible to all individuals. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive space where wellness becomes attainable and achievable for everyone. My dream is to build the first web3 wellness DAO with a great community benefiting a large population. I possess extensive knowledge and a well-established network within the wellness ecosystem and Decentralized Science communities. My areas of expertise and interests encompass Science Communication, Blockchain, Wellness in web3, Creator Economy, and longevity. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and have non-degree education in holistic wellbeing, glucose revolution, sleep deprivation, hormone health, and health optimization.
