In recent years, Nigeria and many African nations have witnessed rapid growth in technology. However, the benefits of this tech boom have not been beneficial to African game creators, the inability to accessible African game creators, over 10 million youth play E - sport games but African game creation are rarely promoted and encouraged due to lack of funding. 

Competition will be held across universities, clubs, and online to promote this African games.

Our demonstration on proof of impact will come from young adults/ university students, reaching from 20,000 students which are able to play African games and receiver in rewards in token under the Cardano native and promote Cardano to reach such impact.

Our project success will create more visibility and impact for African and Nigerians games in particular. Return on investment with tokens payment, token prizes and promote Cardano it self. Our measurable impact will come from players reach and submissions of African games collection enhancement and growth feedback with the token prizes. we will not just focus on numbers but strictly focused on gaming impact and reward benefits to players

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We have trained over  thousand five hundreds students play out games  online recently with absolutely no funding and we have gotten incredible feedback which help us towards this concept to addressing their needs and accelerate growth.

We believe strongly in the market place the behaviour, and obsessed with our market audience to see what works best for them especially when gaming can be addictive and fun. So with my product management skill we will validate on the feedbacks of our students especially their painpoints.

To create MVP and test with users and adjust on pain-points, iteration. with incredible feedback and improvements.

to include rewarding system ranging of  a dollar to $100 can get them to be competitive and brake records winning token prizes. This will accelerate our growth and engage players.

We reached 2000 students in one month to host game parties with our game creation and token prizes of Cardano.

To reach 40,000 students within 6months. We will be able to promote marketing to reach students in schools and beyond we are sure we will reach this audience by rewarding record breaking to attract 20,000 players each quarter. Previous competition we hosted of $20 attracted 1200 players on line. 

We charge for subscription fee for advance learning and bring in sponsor and advertising brands for students.

$3k will be used on the engineer team to build MVP on testing with students and iterations

$2k for including token and feedback improvement.

 

$7k will be use to pay staff on wages and on marketing reach 5000 to 10,000 students on iteration and feedback loop.

 

$10,000 will be distributed for rewards system of individual rewards of $1- $4

 

The Nigerian exchange rate can also help to motivate the team and pay satisfying team with highly driven work ethic on results.

$10,000 will be used on logistic, solar supply cost on feedback adjustments, salary and all running cost.
