Most Cardano blockchain users use mobile phones, but there are very few apps on the Cardano ecosystem that support users in managing their assets and tracking the Cardano ecosystem.

We have identified the following common needs of basic users:

• Information about native assets in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Asset portfolio management.
• Notification of balance changes when a transaction occurs.
• Information about projects built on Cardano.

For this reason, in this concept phase, we propose to create a mobile app that solves most of these needs. Specifically:

• Information about native assets: The app will provide information about the value of assets, price charts, and basic information about projects built on Cardano.
• Asset portfolio management: Display the types of assets and asset values in the wallet, and calculate rewards by epoch.
• Smart alerts: Our app will help users receive notifications about balance changes and price fluctuations of native assets on Cardano.
• Information about major events: The app will continuously update important information such as ISPOs, testnets, mainnets, presales, and important updates from major projects on the Cardano ecosystem.

Appeal: Our project will appeal to all users in the Cardano ecosystem. Our focus will be on new users and traders who need to check information about native assets by creating an app with the most user-friendly UI/UX design and basic functions for any user. This will create conditions for increasing participation in the Cardano ecosystem.

Impact proof: We have set up tools to measure the number of users using the app, as well as statistics on user behavior when using the app and the app's responsiveness, such as data loading speed, to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposal and we can also improve the tool better for users.

• The first mobile app on the Cardano ecosystem can receive asset fluctuations alerts, wallet balance alerts, and notifications of important information from projects that users follow.

• Nguyen Viet Thanh is the CEO of Vtechcom Company, a company specializing in mobile app software development and providing digital transformation solutions for businesses in Vietnam.
• Nguyen Tung Lam is a content creator and information translator for the Cardano Spot social network. He has many years of experience in building and managing communities, and is currently the group manager of the Cardano ECO Talk| TreViet community with nearly 1,000 participants and a diplomatic expert who has negotiated large contracts for businesses with 10 years of experience.
• Do Duc Chau is the owner of BBO pool and an ambassador of Genius Yield in Vietnam. He has a deep understanding of programming. He has created 2 bots to track market prices and track balance fluctuations that have been operating effectively for the past 2 years. Most of the costs are paid to app developers. The proposed salaries are calculated based on the average salary of employees at Vtechcom. This salary is in line with the average salary of developers in Vietnam. You can refer to the average salary table here

These costs will focus on creating an app that provides the best support for users, from smart alerts to beautiful and user-friendly UI/UX designs, thereby increasing user engagement in the Cardano ecosystem.

The budget in this initial phase will help us to boldly develop more new ideas in the next stages, such as:

• In-depth personal asset management
• Smart notifications with new loans on lending and borrowing applications
• Integration of asset trading on the app
• P2P trading
