Problem:
The current situation, alongside increasing income for some, leaves a portion of individuals with low income or larger families struggling with minimal living expenses. Many people in society possess valuable items they are willing to give away, such as bicycles, knowledge, backpacks, bags, English knowledge, financial assistance, ADA, etc. Connecting these individuals with those who genuinely need them would contribute to creating a better society.
The Importance of the Cardano Community and the Spread of Catalyst Values:
Creating a connection within the Cardano community allows enthusiasts to contribute as donors, assessors, etc., fostering awareness of Cardano and the positive contributions from the Cardano community. The solution is essential to provide a platform with simple functions for donors and recipients to meet and operate over time. As volunteers in the Cardano community or external parties learn about the platform's values for society, they are likely to contribute financially to its continued operation.
Proposed Solution and Its Target Audience:
This proposal targets individuals within and outside the Cardano community who have low income and basic daily needs or require knowledge to integrate into society. Additionally, it enables the Cardano user community to create positive values for society. The platform will attract new individuals to Catalyst and Cardano.

- Creating a precedent for app developers to become acquainted with the Catalyst fund and Cardano platform, contributing to the increase in project developers on the Cardano platform.
Unique Aspects of the Solution for the Vietnamese People:
The Give and Take project will provide an online platform accessible on PC and mobile devices, ensuring high credibility and honesty through community verification. It will offer diverse information about recipients and donors, facilitating easy tracking and evaluation. Donors will receive an NFT stored on the Cardano platform to record their contributions.
[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community.
