This gap hinders the growth of the ecosystem by slowing down the effective placement of trained professionals and the recruitment of new talent.

Building on Splash's Success: Our solution is to integrate a comprehensive Web3 job portal into the existing Splash platform, which has already been successfully launched and is operational. Over the past year, our dedicated team has bootstrapped Splash, creating a functioning app that attracts hundreds of monthly users with its gamified NFT sales solutions, a multi-chain community directory listing thousands of projects, and a suite of token utilities. This established foundation will ensure a robust and efficient rollout of the job portal.
