We're approaching this challenge by establishing a unified protocol for gaming credentials. This solution addresses users' struggles with scattered credentials while providing game developers with clearer insights into their player base. Unifying these credentials empowers developers to identify authentic gamers across various gaming genres, fostering tailored experiences and precise marketing efforts.

To validate the feasibility of our approach, we intend to conduct detailed analyses specifically tailored to the demands of the Cardano ecosystem. This includes refining and customizing the Decentralized Identities (DiDs) technology to align seamlessly with Cardano's unique requirements. Rigorous testing and technical evaluations will be pivotal in ensuring optimal functionality and scalability within the Cardano framework.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

The current proposal offers to enhance it and implement it on Cardano's Blockchain, as it needs some modifications, to be adapted for it.

The following milestones are the required ones to improve, enhance and implement on Cardano's Blockchain.

Milestone 1. Research and Documentation.

Objective: 

1. Comprehensive research on PolicyID and meta-data 
2. Comprehensive research on meta-data interconnectivity for Profile ID and Credential Attestation NFTs to be connected. 
3. Comprehensive planning on full infrastructure of the Gaming ID solution. 

Acceptance Criteria:

Detailed pre-development documentation outlining full structure of NFTs as Profile IDs and NFTs as Credential Attestations, all system actors, DeQuest infrastructure, Games and Gamers. 

Milestone 2. Profile ID - Gaming DID

Objective: 

1. Build a standard for Profile ID Policy ID meta-data. 
2. Build a standard for using Profile ID towards Credentials Attestation

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Open-source standard for Profile ID Policy ID meta-data and standard for minting Credential Attention on top of Profile ID
2. Web-client allowing users to mint a Profile ID. 

Milestone 3. Credential Attestation NFT 

Objective: 

1. Build a standard for Credential Attestation NFT Policy ID meta-data. 
2. Develop a suitable solution for Credential Attestation minting. 

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Open-source standard for Credential Attestation NFT Policy ID meta-data
2. Web-client allowing games to create a Credential Attestation Policy ID schema. 

Milestone 4. Credential Attestation Whitelist-gated Minting

Objective: 

1. Develop a solution for Games to whitelist-gate mint of Credential Attestation NFTs.

1. Web-client allowing games to create a whitelist on top of their Credential Attestation Policy ID schema. 
2. Web-client allowing users with Profile ID to mint a Credential Attestation. 

Final Milestone. DeQuest Integration. 

Objective: 

Integrate Profile ID NFT and Credential Attestation NFT towards DeQuest and establish a user flow for games to interact with players that hold Profile IDs and Credential Attestation NFTs. 

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Cardano Wallet integration. 
2. Profile-ID Mint integration
3. Credential Attestation NFT mint available and tracking user whitelists. 
4. Gaming ID reputation used inside of DeQuest platform unlocking multiple reward pools. 
5. Complete DeQuest integration available to over 250k+ DeQuest user

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

We have calculated our Costs based on a 70$ average per-hour price. We are based in multiple countries in Western Europe, and towards the skill level required and developers allocated this represents closer to -30% of market salaries. 

We believe we will provide a lot of value to the Cardano ecosystem from multiple avenues. 

1. Creating gaming infrastructure, this is an open-source development that games across the Cardano ecosystem will be able to use and create:
2. Deeper engagement towards their players
3. New reward mechanisms
4. Bust non-reputable players from larger rewards
5. Build reputation systems around their games 
6. Creates one solid system for all Cardano gamers to exist in. 
7. On the side of DeQuest we will also support Steam Credential Attestation meaning we will target Steam players to participate heavily creating great never-seen-before on-boarding for players to Cardano. 
8. DeQuest has an audience of over 250,000 players that will be front and centre during the launch of our Product solution, again creating a great value proposition for growing the Cardano audience
