[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution.

Our solution is to create a native version of Mantium Wallet for VisionOS (Apple Vision Pro) written 100% in Swift/SwftUI.

We already have a functional (basic) port of Mantium Wallet from the iPad version that is compatible with the Apple Vision Pro, but it's clearly not a full spatial experience.

We want to create a completely new & optimized version of the app that take full advantage of the spatial computing environment and that let users interact with augmented/virtual reality and 3D components like NFTs, voting, staking, etc...

To enhance the experience, we have for idea to create the first NFT gallery for VisionOS that will let users customize their place with framing scene of their favorite NFTs.

We think it will highlight both the richness of the NFT collections and the innovative character of Cardano.

We would also like to add some neat features (if possible) like the Mint of exclusive NFTs from 3D videos (memories) recorded directly from the Apple Vision Pro.

We will fully open-source the code to bring new developers into the ecosystem or help existing ones with spatial computing programming for Cardano.

It's an ambitious project that could have a very strong impact on the Cardano community in terms of visibility, marketing & communication.

It will bring Cardano ahead of the competition by being the first blockchain with a quality wallet / product on the new Apple Vision Pro, and will definitively be a magnet in terms of mainstream adoption to attract new users and developers to its community.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Mantium Wallet has been operational on the AppStore for iPhone and iPad since January 2023.

A lot of code from the core & data analysis of the iOS / iPad version can be re-used, only the interface UI/UX will be entirely rewritten to take into account the full potential of the 3D spatial computing environment.

This will be the exact same team behind the iOS version that will be in charge of the development of the VisionOS application (Apple Vision Pro).

Our team members consist of at least 3 iOS & Android mobile senior developers, with between 12 to 15 years experience in native mobile app development including expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, Java, Kotlin. 

Our technical expertise is also backed by a substantial portfolio of over 200 mobile applications developed for major international clients across various sectors (TV, Books, food delivery, insurance, AI, medical...).

At the release date of the beta SDK version of xrOS / visionOS, our team have successfully ported the already existing iPad version of Mantium Wallet onto the Vision Pro (see thread here).

What we're aiming to achieve won't be easy, It's actually a real challenge, and the development of the app will require a lot of R&D, but it is also what we like to do and what drives us everyday as developers. It is also one of the reason that pushed us to developed a fully feature wallet like Mantium on mobile platform in full native language (first ever for Cardano).

We love innovation and we are ready for it.

[Project Milestones] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Task:

• Writing the specifications document for the app
• Creating the first graphical chart, drafts, mockups of the differents UI elements of the app.

• a storyboard of drafted mockups / screenshots with the different ideas.

• R&D on the available VisionOS API
• Check if mockups are feasible with the current VisionOS SDK

In terms of communication, it also shows the world that Cardano is not behind the trend or "slower" than any other blockchains for its mainstream adoption, and the actors of its ecosystem are always a step ahead, fearless and ready to produce quality content on brand new tech.

It will also be an opportunity for Cardano to lead the dance in terms of innovation of unexplored fields like spatial computing and bring a brand new community of developers around by open-sourcing the code of the project.
