At this stage of the project, we will focus on the complete migration of the Citaldoc telemedicine platform, the creation and launch of the health token (payment, rewards and investment vehicle) and the translation into several languages.
An artificial intelligence assistant will be incorporated to guide patients to achieve efficiency and safety in the choice of the health professional they require.
This is an important and necessary step for our project, consider it as an impact use case for the Cardano blockchain
In future presentations we will incorporate open source and other disruptive features such as

Why is it important?
Citaldoc is a project that integrates healthcare with the Cardano blockchain and artificial intelligence.
We are a use case in medical care, an area of interest and high impact but unfortunately there are very few projects that occupy this space (LESS THAN 1 % in Catalyst Fund 10).
We have obtained funding in Catalyst 8 and we need to continue advancing in the development and global scaling.
At Fund 11 we propose the launch of a healthcare token, incorporate an artificial intelligence assistant to make it easier for patients to choose their doctor or specialist and make our platform multilingual and global.
In this document you will find all the information necessary to know our project in detail.
We are a very experienced team, recognized in the Cardano community and persevering that if we obtain Fund 11 we will fulfill what we promised as we did in Fund 8

There are 4 (four) key areas in which we will work to continue linking the world of HEALTHCARE with BLOCKCHAIN technology and A.I. (artificial intelligence)
· 1.1.1) Launch the Citaldoc Health Token to impact in lower healthcare costs for the patients with the functions of a payment instrument, including rewards and being stored as an investment vehicle.
· 1.1.2) Transforming Citaldoc into a multilingual platform - Internationalization (I18n) and Localization (L10n)

In this proposal we consider essential the launch of the Citaldoc Health Token
10 reasons why a healthcare token is important.
1) Launch a token with the functions of a payment instrument, including rewards and being stored as an investment vehicle.
A healthcare token has a direct impact in favoring access to efficient and quality medical care at a lower cost for the patient and recognizing the work of the healthcare professional who carries it out.
But it will not only have an impact on health, social and economic aspects, but also on education and scientific research.
2) The patients using the Health Token benefits from not having to pay Citaldoc's usage fees which range in case of payment with fiat money (30%) or ADA (10%), Health Token (0%).
3) Healthcare professionals who accept the token will be able to exchange it for ADA, which favors fostering Cardano's crypto and blockchain ecosystem and all its benefits of hoarding, transactions, and staking
4) The creation of a healthcare token is part of Citaldoc's road map.

7) The health token is an initial step for the future development of a Multilingual health coverage system based on a DAO.
Through governance, automated or non-automated decisions can be made to support common health situations, but especially those of greater complexity such as treatments for severe pathologies, oncological, neurological, cardiac, renal, endocrinological, transplants and experimental treatments that comply with bioethical standards aimed at curing diseases that are difficult to treat or lack treatment.

In Fund 8 we have completed:
1) In the area of remote medical consultation via video and messaging we enable ADA as a method of payment of professional fees with discounts.
2) We incorporated in the Electronic Prescription a bash script that notifies about the generation of the medical prescription to the Cardano blockchain.
The information sent contains the medical prescription with its respective data about the prescribed medication, indication (dosage and form of administration) and diagnosis.
In FUND 11 we present “Citaldoc Help2Health. Health Token + A.I. + Multilingual.” project includes the launch of a Health Token for medical care and the translation of the platform into more languages for the purpose of internationalization (I18n) and subsequent localization (L10n) of our Telemedicine services and an artificial intelligence (A.I.) assistant that guides and facilitates the patient to obtain face-to-face or remote appointments with a healthcare professional.

Multlingual:
To be Multilingual we need to translate both the webapp and the mobile applications (IOS & Android) into other languages, seeking the internationalization (I18n) and localization (L10n) of the services we offer.
Currently the platform is in Spanish, so the incorporation of other languages is mandatory for Multilingual scaling and thus obtain new professionals and patients from other latitudes, becoming Multilingual.

A healthcare token has a direct impact in favoring access to efficient and quality medical care at a lower cost for the patient and recognizing the work of the healthcare professional who carries it out.

What is Citaldoc?
Citaldoc is a telemedicine platform from Argentina that seeks to incorporate smart contracts based on Cardano and thus offer greater security and privacy in medical teleconsultations, tokenization, electronic medical records, medication prescriptions, transfer of results of studies and incorporate the payment of benefits with ADA.

SHORT-TERM SUCCESS

The goal is to continue adding users and scale worldwide.
For this reason, the importance of working on Internationalization (I18n) & Localization (L10n) from this stage.
· In November 2024, we consider it successful to carry out the complete launch of the project and want to get between 50 to 100 health professionals to accept payment with ADA when it is available, and at least 500 patients carry out consultations and preventive controls using it as a payment currency and taking advantage of its incentives and bonuses.
These numbers must be put in the context that the crypto market is firmly taking its first steps.
It needs impact use cases such as Citaldoc would also impact the onboarding of new users (patients, health professionals, health companies, pharmaceutical industry, developers and other stakeholders) to our services and through us to the Cardano ecosystem.
We are sure that during the first half of 2025 the platform will scale significantly.

Working together with a technology company (EUDA) certified ISO 9001 - 2015 Bureau Veritas Certification requires complete and continuous documentation that we will use to present the status of the development.
Reports will be included for the General Development area, blockchain and Artificial Intelligence and of course the actions in Education and Marketing.
The information obtained, for example on electronic prescriptions, is valuable data for scientific research, medical education and health care.
And of course, all outstanding data that can be processed to improve the offer of solutions for the world of health and blockchain.

The information sent contains the medical prescription with its respective data about the prescribed medication, indication (dosage and form of administration) and diagnosis.

“Citaldoc Help2Health. Health Token + AI + Multilingual” is the logical continuation of the project successfully completed in Fund 8: Help2Health Cardano + Citaldoc
This FUND11 presentation incorporates as a first step the translation into English, French and Portuguese and the launch of a health token with payment, rewards and investment vehicle functions and an artificial intelligence assistant to make it easier for patients to carry out face-to-face and remote medical consultations.
Taking advantage of the opportunities that belonging to the Cardano community offers us, demonstrating that we can deliver as we did in Fund 8 and continue advancing in adding people to the ecosystem so that this high-impact use case can scale Multilingually.

April 2024 will find us working on deep improvements that we define as an almost complete migration of Citaldoc to facilitate the usability of the system.
This point is vital as we must have a very robust platform for the Multilingual scaling we are aiming for.

We consider that if the objective is to scale the project and expand Cardano's blockchain technology through ADA fee payments, notification to the Cardano network of the generation of electronic prescriptions and the creation of a Health Token, it is mandatory that our Citaldoc platform has the best and updated technology and development possible.
For this reason, we detail the following actions in development and the estimated times for their fulfillment.

We will work on the remodeling of the site for major improvements in usability and the addition of new functionalities.
1) The first Milestone in the Development area consists of a tenacious survey on the needs to be solved from the technical point of view in Citaldoc.

Steps to follow.
The first step is to appoint a Product Owner from your company, someone who can dedicate at least 10 hours a week to work on the project.
A Product Owner is someone who understands the company's business objectives and can make decisions on behalf of the company.
He or she is also responsible for communicating the needs and requirements of the project to our development team.

The Translator Team Cardano LATAM is a group with people and organizations from different parts of Latin America and the world that share the values and principles of Cardano LATAM. They are contributing and coordinating their efforts with their skills (related to translation, curatorship and research) to the growth of this community. They are actively offering their services to the community and working on the translation of Catalyst institutional documents, such as PA Guide and Launch Guide.

Fundamentals
For translation into many languages, we will use Internationalization and localization machine translation libraries (I18n and L10n).
We will add human supervision and proofreading at this stage for English, French and Portuguese.
It is important to add proofreading by human translators to ensure user comprehension.
In this action we will work together with the Translator Team Cardano LATAM, a group with people and organizations from different parts of Latin America and the world that share the values and principles of Cardano LATAM

· Blockchain and Crypto area
Incorporation of new smart contracts, improvements in the flow and usability of the crypto payment gateway.
Incorporation of new routines to increase the use of blockchain in the platform among other necessary improvements.
· Improvements in design, usability and performance of the platform (it is an ongoing work)
· Improvements and additions in the operation and texts of the notifications that are sent by email and by app via push notification. Include the new notifications for the payment method in ADA.
· Update of the control panel of the professional incorporate if it accepts teleconsulting in other languages.
Language and level selector (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced)
· Incorporation of an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant to guide patients in selecting and requesting care with professionals segmented by specialty, geolocation and time availability for face-to-face or remote appointments.
· FIAT PAYMENTS improvements payment rolls back function
Citaldoc's fiat payment gateway works correctly.
We will make an improvement in the payment roll back for automatic refunds when a consultation is canceled or not carried out.
We seek to automate that process.
We will update the fee values configured by professionals.
· Quick acceptance or cancellation of the query, from email notifications, by app notification
· Module for fast generation of discount coupons for specific promotions.
We currently have an electronic coupon system, but not with an administrator who avoids touching the source code and database in each new coupon that we generate. This facilitates administration and speeds up the processes to offer specific discounts and incentives.

· Analysis and conceptualization of routines oriented to Gamification for patients and professionals.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
For this Cardano Catalyst Fund 11 in the presented budget it is highlighted that 78% is allocated to the development area, while the rest of the action areas (education, marketing, translation and back office) take between 5 and 10% each.
This decision to focus most of the fund on development stems from the learning gained during the successfully completed project work at Fund 8: Help2Health Cardano + Citaldoc

We learned about the importance of having a team of expert programmers who cover specific areas and who have adequate seniority.
We understand that initially 4 to 5 professionals with defined profiles are required to achieve the objectives proposed in Fund 11 in 8 months.
From Devops for AWS, full stack and solid professionals in backend and frontend, databases (mongo), react, Nodejs, java, internationalization and localization , etc.
Add to this programmers with experience and interest in blockchain, especially in Cardano ecosystem, we also work as developer onboarding .
The working hours of this varied profile of required professionals are governed by international values and vary according to their functions and seniority between US$35 to US$100 per hour.
By requiring a group of professionals with these characteristics that are between 4 to 5 human resources, we have linked up with EUDA in a partnership.
Euda, is an A.I. and systems engineering company with an excellent track record and who are interested in our work linking healthcare with the Blockchain world and the possibility of incorporating an artificial intelligence (A.I.) assistant as well. It will facilitate patients the precise choice of a health professional to have efficient medical care online or in person.
