Traditional methods of signing agreements, such as paper-based systems or legacy e-signatures, are prone to fraud and lack transparency, and offer no solution for verifying the signer's identity.
This is the total amount allocated to DAOsign: Smart Signature & Workflow Automation Platform.

DAOsign combines proof-of-agreement, proof-of-signature, and proof-of-authority into a publicly verifiable cryptographic proof enabling secure processing of complex agreements and smart contracts.Â

For now, we have our DAOsign Smart Contracts in public.
One of the most important features of blockchain is privacy and the ability to remain anonymous, especially when it comes to signing important documents. One of the reasons that motivated us to create DAOsign is our previous work as a consulting agency. We often encountered a situation where signing legal agreements with clients was challenging because they did not want to reveal their identities. Neither DocuSign nor other signature platforms could solve this problem. Subsequently, we decided to create a product that addresses the need for a secure and transparent way to sign, manage, and automate agreements of all kinds with a configurable level of anonymity disclosure.
DAOsign is blockchain agnostic, so users can choose where to store the proofs. DAOsign already allows users to store proofs of signature in the IPFS, Ethereum launch is planned in the nearest time. Also, recently, we received grants from SUI and Polkadot, so DAOsign users will be able to use these blockchains for proofs storing purposes soon as well.
Furthermore, DAOsign provides a robust Governance and Policy Builder platform to offer governance, workflow automation, and controls for organizational policies and procedures.
We also recently discovered and implemented a use case for commodity trading (grain trading), which shows that DAOsign goes beyond web3 and can also be used in web2.
These features and use cases (our team continues to work on to increase their number) are essential for any ecosystem that strives for improved privacy and security.
We suggest watching a demo for a better understanding of how DAOsign works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FdctkL6eShw
And we invite you to try our platform on the Testnet: https://testnet.daosign.org/
We believe that DAOsign can seamlessly integrate into the Cardano ecosystem by providing a platform to manage decision-making processes in a decentralized manner. Our target audience extends beyond DAOs to include all companies that need to handle agreement/policy management, including the use case for managing Grants, which you can find in our pitch deck.
We intend to measure the impact through metrics such as user adoption, the number of agreements managed through DAOsign, and feedback from the Cardano community. Additionally, qualitative measures will be assessed through improved governance efficiency and the user experience reported by community members.
We are committed to transparently sharing our progress and insights with the Cardano community. Regular updates will be posted on social media channels. Furthermore, we would be happy to organize webinars, AMAs, and documentation to educate the community about the capabilities of DAOsign and how it can benefit their governance processes. Cardano Early Adopters Program will be maintained to gather feedback and insights from the community, ensuring that DAOsign aligns with the evolving needs of Cardano users.
Our team has a proven track record of delivering successful blockchain projects, as evidenced by our extensive experience in the industry since 2016. During our work as a blockchain development agency, we contributed to almost all Tier 1 blockchains including:

To guarantee the viability of our approach, we suggest a funding structure based on milestones. We strongly believe in building trust through incremental progress, which is why we propose to demonstrate tangible results at each stage of the project. Funds will be released once each milestone has been successfully accomplished, ensuring a clear and accountable process.
