We’re going to continue building onto our existing mobile verification app to create an all-encompassing event management solution. The goal of this is to make the process of adoption/implementation of web3 technology, specifically NFTs on Cardano, as easy as possible for projects, event organizers, businesses, etc. 

This will come in the form of an event management dashboard available on the currently released NFTPass app on iOS and Android. Services we will be providing to businesses are: a minting service with updatable NFTs, a suite of tools designed to empower events track more metrics, and gamify events via live competitions, raffles, giveaways, etc.

We are currently looking to develop more features for our Mobile app in order to provide projects and events even more tools to enrich the experience they are able to offer to community members/attendees. The current app is released on IOS/Android and was tested very successfully at multiple Cardano events (NFTxLV, Cardano Summit, Claymates meet-ups). These tests successfully demonstrated our automated and action-based minting system having minted 150+ Proof of Attendance NFTs (POA) directly to community members wallets. More importantly they highlighted the viability of the product and the need for a more powerful solution. 

The solution we are proposing will facilitate easy onboarding of events and businesses to Cardano by using our NFT ticketing solution. It will do so by focusing on 3 different feature categories in this current suite which will allow them to easily design their own bespoke event experiences and easily add or remove features as necessary. These categories are:

1 - Automatic Token Updates:

Our solution brings a robust set of features to streamline event management and enhance security through automatic token updates. Attendees checking in trigger real-time updates to token data, ensuring accurate records of attendance with timestamps. To combat ticket duplication and fraud, our system employs automatic metadata updates, creating a tamper-resistant environment.

Moreover, our dynamic access permissions empower event organizers to adapt quickly. Actions taken by users during events, coupled with preconfigured rules in the dashboard, seamlessly govern access privileges. This is all accomplished on-chain, utilizing modular smart contract collections. These contracts, easily deployable as needed, provide tailored functionality for each event, ensuring a flexible and secure framework for comprehensive event management.

Our comprehensive data tracking system ensures actionable insights for event organizers through two key features:

Token Metrics:

• Monitor ticket sales, unique wallet ownership, and event check-ins in real-time.
• Display these metrics in a user-friendly, exportable format tailored to each project's specific needs.
• Empower projects with precise data, allowing them to make informed decisions and optimize their strategies.

Heat maps:

• Leverage anonymous user data to generate interactive heat maps of event spaces.
• Illuminate attendee movement, helping organizers identify popular booths and interaction hotspots.

Proof of Concept & Testing History:

We have been testing the initial deployment of these features at 3 recent Cardano events where we have verified 150+ wallets and minted/distributed as many NFTs automatically, we have verified ownership of hundreds of NFT assets and launched a mobile app that makes the verification process 100% on chain.

During these tests and conversations with events teams we discovered the need for a solution like this to enable events teams to manage and deploy different features that they can run during events, this was the basis for submitting this proposal.

One of the biggest hurdles for events to manage NFT tickets is the lack of available tools and features that make it better than the currently available solutions off-chain.

Our dashboard and management suite will help bridge this gap and make it more appealing and easier to create rich experiences for event attendees using NFTPass and NFT tickets in general.

Our mobile app for token verification is available on both iOS and Android and this proposal will extend the current service into a complete solution for events to easily integrate NFT tickets and access passes.

Going forward we have some in-person events coming up next year that have already agreed to use our solution as part of the events including the Upstream London meetups and we are in talks with some music events in the US.

As for Cardano as a whole, it will help us onboard more non-crypto events and businesses on-chain. It will enable them to seamlessly integrate Cardano technology directly into their events in a way that can help create rich experiences for their attendees. This will help increase the number of new users on-boarded to Cardano and establish it as the platform to deploy these kinds of B2C solutions.

It will also contribute massively to on-chain activity, increasing transaction volume and the number of active wallets helping to improve Cardano's general use metrics, in turn making the blockchain more attractive to outside companies and businesses. Naturally, this will help drive more adoption of the Cardano blockchain and create more interest in developing and building on the platform.
