The output of this project will not be open source for the following reasons:
· The nature of the project requires user data to be stored and encrypted using various methods that could be utilised maliciously by third parties if the code and methods were made available publicly.
· The project is part of a wider ‘Super App’ – (Pop Up World – www.popupworld.co.uk) – A platform that provides digital tools for entrepreneurs and small businesses to launch and grow effectively. As such, the Connector Space app would be designed as part of that ecosystem.
· As an incorporated entity it would be advantageous for any proprietary IP to remain within the company.

The Solution! Enter Pop Up World’s Connector Space – Store private and public messages to the Cardano Blockchain using ADA and/or PUW tokens (Pop Up World’s native token).
A real-world use case for Cardano. Connect with members of the Pop Up World & Cardano community. Invite colleagues and friends to participate. Store messages on the Cardano Blockchain PERMANENTLY. Secure Communication, Copyright, Proof of Ownership and Evidence. The solution leverages Cardano’s blockchain immutability (the blockchain data cannot be changed and is tamper-proof and verifiable).
The necessity for safe storage and proof of ownership of digital information and user collateral are essential in today’s digital age. Although copyright is automatic in some jurisdictions on the creation of a unique work, the issue lies with proving who the original author is.
There are several cases where the ‘ownership’ issue has been at the forefront. How it Works
The platform will be easy to use much in the vein of Twitter (X) or other social media apps and messaging services. However, users will also be able to connect to the Cardano blockchain via a compatible Cardano wallet.
The app will also form part of the Pop Up World ‘Super App’ ecosystem – (An all under one roof platform solution for entrepreneurs and small businesses).
User Journey

· Users must then enter their, a) Profile Picture. b) Real Name, and c) Profile Name.
· Users can then connect to a Cardano Wallet should they wish to post messages to the blockchain. With one click they can enable the Cardano Blockchain functionality.
· Users can select a Public or Private Message – Public Messages will be available for all to see. Private Messages will be private and encrypted. The user can also elect to publish files, images or links to videos. If ‘store to blockchain is enabled’ the message will be timestamped on the blockchain via a transaction and associated metadata. The user wallet will be deducted with ADA and/or PUW accordingly.
· Users can then send the message and will receive a confirmation via ‘sent messages’.
· Users can easily invite colleagues, friends and associates to join the Connector Space platform and post content and messages regularly even without blockchain interaction. As such, users can also use Connector Space to connect, socialise, and network safely in a digital space!

The platform encourages new wallet registrations from users outside of the existing Cardano ecosystem and gives an incentive for traditional businesses and individuals to incorporate blockchain technology into their daily lives. This will have the effect of increasing the Cardano community members.

Feasibility
The feasibility of any proposed project is important to us. As a lean company we cannot afford to invest limited time and resources on projects that cannot be completed and brought to fruition.
As such, we have already created a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the Connector Space platform to test early ideas, concepts and feasibility.
Of course, the MVP currently has limitations and will need to be substantially developed but this approach gives us high confidence that the project will work and can be delivered.

Milestone 1
Design
The first milestone for the project will be finalising the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for Connector Space. We have a basis to work from but the user interface will need to be streamlined to make it as easy to use and appealing as possible to the target user.
· Design optimal branding elements for the Connector Space platform (brand logo etc).
· We would expect there to be 2-3 iterations of the design elements until we come up with the optimal designs.
· Design from scratch interface elements for the mobile version.
· In addition, we would need to design UI/UX elements for the administration backend of the application.
· SEO review to optimise the site for organic visitors.
· Legal review of the platform and implications.
Desired outcome: Final design for desktop, final design for mobile, final design for administration back-end. Final legal ramifications and implementation of SEO strategy.
Timeframe: 2 months
Milestone 2
Backend Software
The second milestone would necessitate building the main elements of the software.
· Wallet Integration with multiple minimum 4 Cardano wallets. (Nami, Eternl, etc).
· Build the administration back end of the platform.
· Develop code to initiate transactions on the Cardano Blockchain.
· Develop code to detect ADA and native tokens (PUW token) and transact using these tokens.
· Develop code to extract metadata from the Cardano blockchain and display to the user.
· Finalise methods on what will be stored as metadata on the Cardano blockchain taking into account any transaction size limitations.
· Finalise the platform functionality and add any desired features such as Block User and Group Messaging.
Desired outcome: Functional software that is able to interact with the Cardano blockchain, post transactions and connect to multiple wallets. The software should be able to store messages on the blockchain as meta data unencrypted at this point.

The third milestone would involve the review and finalising of encryption and decryption methods to be used in the application.
· We would aim to have the app function to the highest standards of security.
· Consider and test the best course of action to handle large files. (images, video, text files).

· Build APIs to any third-party services that may be required for storing of data or encryption keys.
· Send messages from different users and encrypt /decrypt messages accordingly.
