Human hiring systems are biased, ambiguous, time-consuming, resource demanding and largely inefficient. How can we use Cardano blockchain together with Artificial Intelligence to solve these problems?
This is the total amount allocated to Remostart: Artificial Intelligent Hiring Agent Using Cardano.
We are integrating the dynamism of Artificial Intelligence with the transparency and energy efficiency of Cardano to build an AI agent who takes efficient/unbiased interviews on behalf of companies.

The Problem
According to a recent Harvard report persons of color stand a 45% chance of getting hired if their backgrounds and demographics are excluded from the screening and hiring processes. This report only shows the inefficiencies that exist in human hiring systems.
In a recent research paper that I, a team of Remostart employees and some college professors published on behalf of Remostart, titled
One thing that struck our team in this research was how many women and other quality talents did not make it to the accepted list when the HR had info on their backgrounds as opposed to when we did a blind process using blockchain, we also discovered high resource cost, time consumption and a lot of ambiguities with the human hiring and interview systems.
This research among other similar research work shows that something is fundamentally wrong with human hiring systems, especially interview systems that revolve around humans.
How can we use the Cardano blockchain together with Artificial Intelligence to solve these problems? how can Cardano solve the problem of resource cost, time consumption, and ambiguities associated with human hiring systems? This is what this project is all about.
Our Solution
Cardano Blockchain is known for the following attributes, its transparency, low cost of transaction and energy, immutability, speed etc. We can draw a parallel that these are the attributes currently lacking in human hiring systems wherein the problems. Take for example the existence of bias in human hiring systems is because of the lack of transparency with humans. So this project wants to infuse all the novel attributes and values of Cardano into the hiring space through AI and using it to replace all the inefficiencies observed when humans are involved. So in simple terms this is how to describe our solution

HOW IT WORKS:
Let me break it down this is how it works, Assuming an organization, company or HR wants to solve or significantly reduce the bias, marginalization, redundancy, and ambiguities that surround its hiring processes or policies and decide to use this solution that we are building. The set organization or company simply opens an account in our Cardano-powered Dapp platform goes to its customized AI hiring agent, and interacts with the hiring agent. Through the interaction using NLP, the agent can deduce what the organization wants, the kind of candidate they want to hire, and every other detail. The agent then writes a detailed job description subject to the approval of the HR or company, if approved the agent goes ahead to post this job description on Job description platforms, it then receives applications, screens the application, invite the qualified ones for interviews, takes interviews on behalf of the organization and then preselects candidates that are more suited for the role, sends them to the HR, company or organisation for final selection.

CARDANO POWERED ECOSYSTEM
The underlying technology of this solution is Cardano, but beyond the fact that this will be a Cardano Dapp every thing in the ecosystem of the solution revolves around the cardano inrastracture, the following are ways in which we are integrating it
(I) Cardano tokens(ADA) determine the word tokens that the AI agent utilizes: As we stated the whole ecosystem will be cardano-powered, and the length of a job description will be determined by the amount in a user wallet, so if a user needs more word tokens there's a threshold of ADA tokens that must be in the wallet to unlock more word tokens by the agent. This threshold is not necessarily a gas fee for the transaction.
(ii) Cardano tokens(ADA) determine the time duration and amount of rounds that the AI agent can execute: The similar logic for the word description applies to the time duration for screening of talents, the amount of ADA in the user wallet unlocks the length of duration and interview can possibly last and the amount of prescreening interview that the hiring agent can undertake.
(ii) Cardano Smart Contracts integration: Cardano Smart contracts written into the project will help with coordination of the amount of gas fees that an action or transaction triggered will cost, the amount of word tokens, time duration etc that an individual user can access.
PROJECT READINESS
We already have prototypes of the AI hiring agent for taking interview, we have the prototype of the job description writer, this proposal is seeking funding to help us optimize the prototypes built into a minimum viable product.
FUTURE SCOPE
In the future not only will this be powered by ADA token we will be launching our token to power this hiring ecosystem, this token will be called REMO token it will be a Cardano native token and will be used in our ecosystem for powering AI agents for different tasks depending on what is needed.
Also in the future, we will be launching an AI agent for talented applicants to prepare well for the interviews, work on their Cv, and increase their chances at getting hired.
This project primarily brings a new use case into the Cardano ecosystem, it will help attract AI enthusiasts and product users into our ecosystem, there is an AI resurgence, lot of people are looking for more AI tools to explore, this new audience who are AI natives have an opportunity of being integrated into the Cardano ecosystem through this project.
The number is huge but potentially this has the capacity to attract tens of thousands of users into the ecosystem in the next 1 year on full operation and on completion of all the intents of the project including the future scope up to hundreds of thousands, this projection comes when we include the future scope which will allow talents and job applicants to use the agent to increase their chances at getting hired, the amount of talents and employees globally is in hundreds of millions globally imagine if just 1-10% of this population use our solution.
I will measure the impact of this project primarily by how many Cardano non-natives are using the product invariably representing the number of Cardano new users onboarded through our novel use case.
I will measure it also by the number of ADA wallets in the platform used to power the Agent.
I will also measure by the amount of fees, transaction and smart contract calls generated daily through the Dapp.
As the CEO of Remostart, I have had the privilege of working with different employers, HR organizations etc and I have noticed a rising demand by employers, HRs, and companies on how AI can help them do their work better. my proximity to the very people I am building this solution for does two things it gives me an unusual insight into how to solve this problem more efficiently and an already existing market for the solution.
But this is not the only reason why I am suited on delivering this project, here is another reason, my academic background is in Artificial Intelligence, I graduated with a first class in CSE(Artificial Intellgence), I have 8 research papers in AI domains bordering NLP, Computer vision, deep learning, Machine Learning, data mining etc. I have 2 AI-related patents applied and this experience and competence is what is needed to execute this project so you can trust me on my capacity to deliver.
Finally, I had a fund9-funded proposal which was executed and brought to completion on time, a F-10 projected that is well on time and meeting milestones as scheduled, this demonstrates that I can be trusted when it comes to managing funds properly and with integrity.

This project provides value for money for the Cardano ecosystem in that with 185,000 ADA the project is bringing in new Cardano use case to the ecosystem and attracting thousands and hundreds of thousands of new users into using a product based on the Cardano tech stack, especially if we consider the global AI trend this makes it much more valuable. But more so the allocation for the budget is far below global standards as most of the team agreed to be working at the discounted rate. Here is the cost at global standards for a monthly project manager fee which is about 11,000USD while we are using only 10,000 ADA for the whole 7 months of the project, this same method is applied in all aspect of the project, as we are more concern about the value and ensuring that the ecosystem ADA is well spent.
