T-1, directly addresses the "Solutions" category by developing a platform that simplifies and enhances the process of token creation and initial sales on the Cardano network. By providing a structured, transparent, and efficient platform, we are creating the capacity for new projects to launch their ideas in as easy, and regulatorily compliant, manner as possible.

T-1's platform will serve as a key integration point for individuals and organizations looking to launch their tokens on Cardano. By handling all aspects of token creation, from minting policies to initial sales and liquidity provision, we are offering a new use case for the Cardano blockchain and contributing to its utility and versatility.

Furthermore, by eliminating potential malpractice and fostering trust and integrity, our solution enhances the overall user experience and encourages more users to adopt and engage with the Cardano network. This aligns with the challenge's goal of developing or improving products that offer more use cases to the Cardano community.

So far the T-1 team have wireframed and built a fully functional prototype in the form of our Testnet. Here users can start minting and launching their very own testnet tokens. Users can also visit our landing page and view our team/whitepaper

Through our website users can access the Testnet by selecting the "Create token" button. Here users can create a token via a series of steps:

After successfully creating a testnet token users will be provided with a link where they can see their newly minted token on chain.

Our proposal aims to take this simple testnet token creation to the next level and create a streamlined process for users to mint tokens on-chain in a quick and easy to use process. We intend on implementing a KYC processes for projects so they can run an ICO in the most compliant manner possible.

T Minus 1 will provide the Cardano community with a simple and effective platform on which to launch tokens in the most compliant (under Swiss law) and risk adverse manner. Our launchpad will allow new projects a platform to build an audience and grow their brand. 

By having a more straightforward & manageable process for new tokens//projects to launch, we can encourage users to participate in the ecosystem and bring new & exciting ventures to Cardano.

All members of our team are trusted and experienced people who are well known in the Cardano Ecosystem. Our team has an in-depth understanding of IT, Marketing, Blockchain, Legal and Finance.

• Steven and Niels have both already successfully launched projects (VyFinance and Muesliswap respectively), which gives them proven experience in the difficulties that arise with project launch and management.

The T-1 team brings together a unique blend of skills and experiences that make us well-equipped to tackle the challenges of token creation and initial sales on the Cardano network.

• Steven is our executive lead, and manages the business of TM1. He is the CEO of VyFinance, and has worked as a tokenomic consultant on multiple projects across the Cardano Ecosystem. He brings the experience, both technically and practically, to bring the project to fruition.

• Igor is the enabler and executor behind T-1, is the founder of Dionysus pool and an IT expert. He has a deep understanding of the Cardano ecosystem and is passionate about promoting Cardano for wider acceptance. His technical expertise and passion for Cardano are key to the development and execution of T-1's platform.

• Niels is our Smart Contract Builder, is the founder of OpShinDev and Co-Founder of MuesliSwapTeam. He is helping Cardano evolve with Python-based smart contracts. Niels is driven by the passion to empower others with accessible development tools and decentralized applications. His expertise in smart contract development is crucial in building and maintaining the smart contracts that underpin our platform.

Please note that this budget breakdown does not include any monetary compensation for the team. The entire budget is dedicated to the development, launch, and marketing of the platform. This demonstrates our commitment to the project and our belief in its potential to contribute significantly to the Cardano ecosystem.

Note:

It's important to highlight that this project is not starting from scratch. We have already made significant progress, including the development of a design and a testnet token creator. We have also identified the necessary personnel to carry out the rest of the development work. This means that upon receiving funding, we are ready to hit the ground running and start implementing our plan immediately. This readiness reduces the risk associated with the project and increases the likelihood of successful and timely delivery.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

This project represents value in multiple ways for the Cardano ecosystem. First, by simplifying the mechanisms required for projects to launch their tokens. This will create an easier process for new projects to engage with Cardano, which will sequentially grow value for the ecosystem, alongside creating the most simplified funnel for projects to go from ideation phase, through to launch phase, on the blockchain. 

Secondly, we provide a fully compliant manner (under Swiss law) for projects to fund themselves natively on the Cardano blockchain. Our design is entirely non-custodial, allowing for trustless launches between Projects and Speculators. 

We will be an all encompassing launchpad allowing projects to garner an audience, as well as receive the technical assistance required in launching their token through our smart contracts. This is a unique service that does not currently exist on Cardano in a completely permissionless manner.
