[RESOURCES] Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Cao Thinh: As a senior developer with 9 years of experience in information technology and services, I am skilled in data analysis, databases, and applications development using Python, R, C++, and C#. I hold a Ph.D. in computer science, and currently work as a data scientist at a Japanese company. With a strong foundation in blockchain through my Blockchain Education Alpha Program Certificate, I have conducted many training courses at my company, including one on blockchain technology. My goal now is to share this knowledge with a broader audience, especially those outside the tech industry.

I have been involved with the Catalyst platform since Fund 8, successfully completing the funded "OpenISPO" proposal during that phase. Living in Japan for 11 years, I have spent 5 of those at a Japanese university and over 5 years working in a Japanese company. My proficiency in Japanese is reflected in my JLPT N2 certification (2016) and my BJT J2 level (2019), as well as the third prize in a Japanese speech competition in 2015. These accomplishments have only improved my Japanese skills over time, making me highly confident in my ability to deliver this proposal in Japanese for maximum accessibility and impact.
