A user friendly-experience: Cardano’s dapps and resources are scattered across multiple websites, making it difficult for the average person or interested party to see all the development on the Cardano blockchain. Cardano continues to be underreported due to the controlled major media outlets by competetive ventured interests. Hence, the infamous, “Cardano has dapps?” and continuous misinformation regarding the Cardano blockchain.

As the longest standing Dapp Explorer for Cardano, Cardano Cube is the perfect hub for content & resources for newcomers. Our goal has always been to elevate developers, creators & dapps building on Cardano by providing an aggretor service of all the projects and news on Cardano. We aim to collaborate with & sponsor the most talented Content Creators in the space, so that newcomers not only have a trusted source for infromation on Cardano, but actively engage with Cardano.

Commitment to supporting Cardano Creators: We are committed to supporting content creators with leads & providing content creation software and hardware, enabling them to creating a plethora of content, not only for the Cardano Cube channel, but their personal channels. We encourage each Content Creator to promote their personal channels at the end of every Cardano Cube video. With a big focus on making Cardano news & education entertaining, we aim to increase Cardano interest and adoption by leading new users to Cardano Cube and as a result, the greater Cardano ecosystem. Moreover, we want to gather a powerhouse team to create high quality content to form a Cardano & Crypto News Network, including articles and videos to be distributed via YouTube, Twitter and the Cardano Cube website.

Increase Reach:

We will also reach out to Content Creators outside the Cardano ecosystem for promotion of Cardano Cube (increasing brand awarenees) & connect them with top tier projects for interviews on their platform. These Content Creators are well-known for speaking positively of Cardano, but are not necessarily engaged with the Cardano Community. By doing this, we are able to reach new audiences and drive new users & interested parties to Cardano and the projects building on it.

Spark more Interest in the Cardano Ecosystem through increased Marketing Efforts:

By sponsoring Content Creators with small, medium & large followings, we are able to provide Content Creation resources, mitigate some of the costs of creating content, provide value for their time & efforts through monetary incentives, and provide leads to projects & audiences from both within and outside Cardano. This will help Cardano Creators reach new audiences, and drive new users & interested parties to not just Cardano Cube, but the entire Cardano ecosystem.

The success of our project means that every Cardano dapp, developer and content creator will have a user-friendly platform where interested parties can learn, follow or trade their project.

Cardano is great, but only it's only great to those who know about it. We firmly believe a strong branding and media presence will make Cardano truly undeniable.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Cardano Cube has been a prominent figure within the Cardano ecosystem for three years, serving as a centralized hub for projects, news, and updates within the Cardano blockchain. We have a proven track record of staying in the space and reaching a large number of new Cardano members.

Our team is made of experienced professionals in design, coding, writing and marketing & content creation. We have worked with some of the biggest projects on Cardano such as NMKR & Axo, and have collaborated with GeroWallet, Newm, Ore Ore Ore, Book.io, and many more, developing strong connections with both the community and developers within the Cardano ecosystem. 

Our CMO, Victor Duran who will be leading this initiative, has a Bachelor's Degree in Film Production & Directing from The Los Angeles Film School, with 6+ years of experience in the Film Industry.

We are the right team to accomplish the task of bringing Cardano to the forefront of the crypto and blockchain industry. We are not just an online platform, we are forging connections, driving innovation, with the mission to propel the Cardano ecosystem forward.

[PROJECT MILESTONES] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Officially onboard Content Creators to the Cardano Cube Media Team and launch our first video with strong brand presence, gather feedback from the community & develop a consistent schedule of content production. 

Successfully upload and distribute high quality content with a minimum of three videos per week for one month for a total minimum of 12 videos per month. Host 1 X Space per week with a Cardano Developer or Project (depending on availability and scheduling) to increase education and marketing for Cardano. Publish 3-5 articles per week on the Cardano Cube blog, covering the latest news and developments on Cardano, improving SEO and as a result funnel traffic to the Cardano Cube website and the broader Cardano ecosystem.

Connect Cardano Content Creators & projects to larger Crypto Channels to be guests on their shows, providing insights to the Cardano ecosystem/ their project to a new audience. Create strong relationships with cross-chain communities with a goal of bridging the gap between Cardano and the greater crypto ecosystem.

Provide social media impact by publicly providing analytics including views, impressions & new & total followers from our Social Media Channels. We will host an AMA to gather feedback from the community on how we move forward as a media and marketing arm for Cardano.

A survey from the amount of followers on the Cardano Cube channel, asking how they found our channel and if they came from another chain will also assist in determing which marketing strategies & promtions were sucessful.

Victor will be responsible for communication with our Sponsored Content Creators (writers and video creators) and clipping & uploading their content to be shared on our social media, including YouTube, Twitter and our website. He will also manage marketing campaigns that will further drive users to Cardano Cube, including hosting Twitter Spaces regularly with Cardano projects and creators. Additionally, he will write and/or sponsor writers to create educational blogs, Cardano-focused news articles, manage our social media, including customer support, engaging content, and onboarding and sharing educational information about Cardano projects, including connecting users and interested parties to the right developers and projects to suit their needs.

At the time this proposal was written, the total price and conversion of the 100,000 ADA requested is approximately 45,950 USD which covers paying several part-time content creators for their time & expertise, the software needed to create the content and strategic Cadano Cube promotion on high volume YouTube channels & websites.

Script Writer: 8 hours per week at 25 USD/Hour = 800 USD per month = 4,800 USD for 6 months

Paid Cardano Cube Promotions on Popular Crypto YouTube Channels:

Reach out to popular crypto YoutTube channels with a large following and who speak highly of Cardano, but are not necessarily active in the community or as knowledgable of the greater Cardano ecoystem. We will run strategic paid Cardano Cube promotions on their channels and create a strong professional realationship with these YouTubers to continue bringing value to their channels in exchange for Cardano news coverage, with the goal of having them see value in covering an ecosystem with such an active community & top tier dapps.

This covers the full development, design and quality assurance of the Cardano Cube Media Brand, hence providing a quality, entertaining experience for viewers and readers interested in cryptocurrency and blockchain, sparking more interest in the Cardano ecosystem.

By doing paid campaigns and promotions on larger YouTube channels, we are able to reach new audiences, with the goal of a high retention rate. 

The hourly rates are based on the average American Content Creator salaries to pay for a small powerhourse team of Cardano Content Creators, including Video Creators & Writers and support for Cardano Projects to have a platform where they can speak about their project and reach new audiences.
