The growing boom in business in Web 3.0 and accessibility to knowledge requires discipline in its exercise and dissemination, so that its applicability develops in a favorable environment, which values and promotes innovation in terms of services and products oriented to real needs. in people's lives and constantly improving. That is why there is a great opportunity to develp a community and ecosystem in Spain with the Cardano platform, since national companies and industries do not know or have very little use and benefits of the services and products generated by the Cardano platform. In this sense, the project that is presented is aimed at empowering students through the creation and consolidation of decentralized finance . We will offer them training, mentoring and financial support with scholarshisp to start their on business in Cardano ecosystem using the Cardano platform based on the development of their digital economy proposals in their different lines of work. Within this framework, the student entrepreneurs trained and consolidated by this academic programme could support and increase with the use of the aforementioned platform offering its services and products with Cardano's blockchain technology that can improve business processes and thus consolidate and increase more followers and create a national digital economy with disruptive technologies and decentralized finance based on Cardano. 

Description of the Solutions are:

Milestone 1- Student registration and selection process ( 1 month)

The fisrt step is the translations of the documents and videos that are necessary in the training of Cardano technology in Spanish will be carried out so that the information and knowledge transfer is more effective and reaches the participants.

Marketing will be carried out so that students register in the system that will be used for this purpose. Once they are in the database, the students will be selected to be included in the scholarship program with a compliance smart contract.

Those who are selected will receive an induction process of the academic program and the methodology and systems to be used for their training, which will be totally virtual.

The population target is 50 students in order to participate in this programme

Milestone 2- Start of the Diploma Courses in Decentralized Finance and Decentralized Technologies in the Cardano Ecosystem (8 months)
