We believe that development and education are the main points to get into Blockchain. That’s why we aim to be the main source of information about the Cardano Ecosystem, being the entry point for developers, and web2 users who want to learn all about the opportunities that the Cardano ecosystem has to offer. This with dozens of short and didactic courses and articles, about development, all the Cardano basics, Catalyst, IOHK, EMURGO, DeFi, and entrepreneurship.

We have access to governments, educational institutions, and companies, as well as influencers in different social networks, which would allow not only the promotion of projects within the Cardano ecosystem but also the creation of articles and specific courses. All of this provides specialists within the Cardano ecosystem the definitive way to teach what they know and earn revenue and incentives through the NEWS token.

In addition, through the use of multi-agents (IA) & Gamification techniques both in courses and articles, we could greatly simplify the multifaceted challenges of publishing.

By using the mentioned strategies, we expect to bring thousands of new users into the Cardano ecosystem in the first 6 months.

FinGurú will also implement a cutting-edge decentralized governance model, aligned with Cardano's core principles. NEWS holders will be able to actively participate in making key decisions about the direction and evolution of FinGurú, thus promoting true decentralization and democratization of our learning and media platform. Some of the critical decisions that will be voted on include:

• Location of upcoming major FinGurú events.
• Content themes and approaches to be prioritized in social networks
• NEWS token issuance and distribution rules

We will use smart contracts in Cardano to facilitate a decentralized, secure, transparent, and censorship-resistant voting process. Each vote will be immutably recorded on the blockchain, ensuring the integrity of the process. A minimum quorum of token holder participation will be required for a vote to be valid and executable.

In the initial phase, our core team will make key strategic decisions. However, as the platform and community grow, we will gradually transfer more decision-making power to NEWS holders through decentralized voting.

We aim to have a significant positive impact on the Cardano community by focusing on education, community growth, and ecosystem integration. In FinGurú we have a potential reach of nearly 200,000 people in social media and the media platform.

Mainly, we propose to develop and disseminate at least 5 high-quality educational courses covering Cardano, Catalyst, and blockchain technology. We expect these courses to reach and educate a minimum of 2,000 people globally within the first 6 months of operation.

We expect our project to onboard thousands of new users to the Cardano ecosystem, incentivize the development of high-quality smart contracts and decentralized applications, and ultimately lead to increased adoption of the Cardano network.

Our platform's tokenomics model leverages a write-to-earn mechanism, utilizing Cardano blockchain and AI technology to facilitate the content created by our community of contributors. This approach aims to incentivize the production and distribution of valuable educational and informative content within the Cardano ecosystem.

In the future, we intend to offer the NEWS token to the market through a public sale. The plan is to conduct this offering once we have established a transactional volume between our associated media partners, the content creators (Gurus), and the companies that accept the token.

Additionally, we plan to create Cardano-based NFTs for each course certificate on our platform.
