We will create targeted awareness campaigns and collaborate with key stakeholders to educate and integrate Cardano into government, education, and corporate sectors, driving its adoption and usage.
No dependencies.
Here are the reasons why the project outputs for this SPT will not be open source:
Based on these reasons, the project outputs for this SPT will not be open source.
Our proposed solution tackles the challenge of low awareness and adoption of Cardano within key sectors such as government, education, and corporate entities. Here's an overview of our approach:
What sets our solution apart is the unique access and deep engagement with a wide array of stakeholders through our special network. This approach ensures that Cardano's message is effectively communicated and resonates with the target audience, ultimately driving adoption and contributing to Cardano's growth and success.
※Separate from the events that Mr. Wakuda is holding (mainly EXPO), we are planning an event that focuses on networking, where we can directly raise awareness of our own network. We also welcome collaboration with the EXPO that Mr. Wakuda is implementing.
・July 2024 Impact of WEB3 Regional Revitalization Summit
Number of event participants: Expected to be 150 people
A special session with Cardano was planned with a goal of inviting 50 government officials, 40 education officials, and 60 business officials (a panel featuring Cardano community members, government and education officials, local revitalization companies, etc.) We planned a 30-minute discussion), and gave presentations with talk themes focusing on Cardano x regional revitalization activities in Japan (actual examples, what we are planning to do, co-creation DAOs, demonstration projects, etc.) , we will promote the affinity between regional revitalization activities and Cardano to the participants on the day. We will also provide support until the day of the event, including setting up a moderator and arranging talk members.
Through the above, we will be able to recognize and spread Cardano among those who participate in the event, and at least one public-private-academic collaboration project will be created at this event.
・October 2024 Impact of the second Region Link EXPO
Event participants: 1,000 people, 20 local governments and 100 partner companies from around the world
We planned a special session with Cardano, inviting 200 government officials, 100 education officials, 500 students, and 200 business officials (Cardano community members, government and education officials, students). (Kids Catalyst by Cardano), an opportunity for 500 students to apply for a business contest and propose business ideas in response to issues in the Cardano community (Kids Catalyst by Cardano), and as a blockchain community. We will register as a partner with Region Link, send PR as the main sponsor, and run a Cardano work program until the 3rd EXPO to support awareness and penetration of Cardano among participants. In addition, we will support you until the day of the event and help with setting up moderators and arranging talk members.
As a result of the above, at least 20 product applications from students participating in Region Link to Cardano KidsCatalyst and excellent projects will be submitted to the favorite Catalyst as a joint project between RegionLink and Cardano.
This will lower the hurdles to community participation and create an environment where it is easier to make proposals.
Thinking about impact
・Value to the Cardano community
The success of this project will bring a lot of value to the Cardano community. In particular, by consolidating and streamlining the promotion costs of multiple Cardano projects, we will reduce marketing costs and realize efficient use of resources. This will help foster the growth and development of the Cardano community as a whole and maximize the results of the project.
・Measurement method of impact
Measure impact using quantitative metrics (e.g., event attendance, website traffic, wallet adoption rates, etc.) and qualitative feedback (e.g., stakeholder surveys, community feedback, etc.) Use in combination. This method provides a comprehensive assessment of project effectiveness and impact and identifies areas for improvement.
・Sharing deliverables and opportunities
Deliverables and opportunities from the project will be shared widely with the Cardano community. Specifically, we will utilize online platforms and social media to disseminate information and interact with the community through events and workshops. We are also building partnerships and collaborations to disseminate project results throughout the Cardano ecosystem.
Since our launch last year, we have collaborated with various local governments to execute events.
We have collaborated with more than 20 municipalities, and have successfully attracted 100 to 200 people to public-private-academic collaborative events in the past.
The events we have held are as follows

July 2023: Local development event "UEUB ZERO" (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo)
Held a local development event in Shibuya Ward with nearly 160 city council members from the east and west.
The event attracted a record number of visitors, and 3 web projects were also pitched.

February 2024 RegionLink
A public-private-academic collaboration event was held in Otemachi for nearly 220 people. Held a regional collaboration event that brought six municipalities from across Japan to Tokyo and attracted nearly 160 junior high and high school students.
