[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution

Variable 1: Perceived Problems the complete scope of the Cardano ecosystem is untouchable by the students and graduates, from lending, launchpad, wallet are common categories the students would understand with better knowledge from traditional behaviour. 

1. The rapid development in the IT world has led to an increase in demand for workforce in that field. According to the Founder and CEO of Alkademi.id in Indonesia, by the year 2022 there will be about 600,000 IT bachelor graduates (Small amount of people learning IT in Indonesia). from 250 different study programs in colleges across the country.
2. BPS recorded that there were 44.19 million students in Indonesia in the 2022/2023 academic year. That number is down 1.56% compared to the previous year's 44.88 million people. A small group of people consider themselves to learn the tech side.44,9 million students on 2022/2023. Our Reasoning Approach consists of the comparison on preferences of IT subject(tech side) and non tech side subject across Indonesia are having its gaps, while there still be a lot of ways to onboard the Cardano community and ecosystem as it is being fostered for sometime.

Variable 2: Universities with the efficient timely manner will be our target. Consistent activity toward the university ecosystem will benefit both sides, while giving and incentivizing the actors, students, and existing instruments of ADA ecosystem would benefit more interest from Surabaya, Indonesia. As it is stated on Cardano for the Masses: Age of Voltaire Edition, a philosophical approach, a theory, and developing methodological could arise from the community and imbued the existing projects to go on those phases into Indonesia. 

Proposed Solution: Create a causal learning under Funded projects (Cardano woman Indonesia) not an organization that proclaims herself, but from the catalyst support as the result of voting system and teach the students based on existing entities of cardano projects and ecosystems. The demonstration or proof of this project impact will be acknowledged by both university and the project by having consistent classes and practice on the university ecosystem. To aggregate the rapid growth of ideas in Indonesia, we just focus on our funded projects' commitment and prolong the birth of new members under the community acknowledgement. Students, lecturers, and university brand will get more reputation throughout the locals teaching locals envision, and get to know the hidden yet resourceful ecosystem of Cardano. They could stop worrying their students to do things with the concept of web3 itself, people can’t do evil anymore and also limited action on non tech side become the prominent way of this project. The Impactful meaning from the project is that the students will have a unique proposition to be more than just a repeated proposer or the next proposal assessor, but also being an early investor, finding jobs abroad through Cardano Ecosystem.

Outputs and result of the project:

Landscape analysis: existing markets are competitive and shift the way of thinking to be more aggressive for students, they would be ready for more challenges in the real world after graduation. Current demand for job positions in Surabaya city is limited to factory workers, while people enjoying the income from companies, each generation face their own stumbling blocks.

Marketplace analysis: when we start connecting people, we multiply possible opportunities in the Cardano community. Both students, graduate and cardano community are often held back solely by the lack of opportunities. Soon, we will see success spring up in areas of Surabaya city, Indonesia, as the second largest city and conglomerate stays. Capitalism is always under control while students, graduate shall cut years of trial and error from their lives by talking to mentors, getting educated to start a higher income. The true competitor exists in Surabaya city only the giant company which has not yet arisen on their interest, Project Sena and Token Mind Agency. By this proposal, we could get the true aspiration of learning the existing projects with the values of Cardano Woman Indonesia.

Support local business and entrepreneurship birth: the best way to uplift the community is by boosting its local economy. It is a contribution that we can make at any level. We can support locally the spirit of the students to be independent and have passion for exploring the cardano ecosystem. To be the shopper from existing projects of Cardano ecosystem will make sure that most of the resources spent stays within the ecosystem, and the value goes out and is only paid back to the community in balance of power on profit return.

Local University empowerment: we cannot purchase the way into making university rich, but we can encourage others to buy from a local students ecosystem. which is a great way to multiply commitment. Each time the students are involved in our project, they will be noticed by the university ecosystem.

Female Students will engage more activity with an informal group of student clubs with Cardano Woman Indonesia which will move to social impact, gain more opportunities on income personally, and grow the vision that the web3 is already in front of them throughout Cardano Woman Indonesia.

Background experience: We are the dream team from Surabaya, we participate together as Fanny Wijaya, our Founder of Cardano Woman Indonesia tell us to stand independently.We have our own proposal, and get funded. Fanny Wijaya will not be involved in this proposal, just monitoring the project accomplishment.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The typical freelance rate and average wage in our country still not representing best practice of SDG reports 2023, still we still able to show the parameters of how Indonesian freelancer get into social media platforms such as Fiver, Upwork, with lower earnings but having a set skill that can not be replaced by AI or templates.

 No need for tech side comparison, which we believe the subjects learned from university plus this project’s plan, will encourage and boost the solution to remaining challenges on SDG reports 2023 SDG interactive Maps . 

With the average for Asian people at $22/hour rage-hourly-rates- Upwork's 2022 survey , we acknowledge the capacity of the teams and do realize the AFTA( Asean Free Trade Area AFTA ) would come early along with the existence of free employment campaigns around this year's progress.

 Please check the consideration in which we do this to build with a more efficient budget but still progressively gain new skills to acquire the leverage of average and/or above parameter accompanied by our date of ADA rate.
