Phase 1: Create professional academic research about Cardano Stake Pool Owner's Behavior

• Literature review: Review theory, documents about Cardano Stake Pool Owner's Behavior
• Make interviews with Cardano Stake Pool Owner in Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia about their thoughts and expectations about running Cardano Staking Pool
• Analysis results of the interviews using Qualitative methodology. Qualitative methodology is a research approach that seeks to understand the meaning people ascribe to their experiences and the world around them. It is a non-statistical approach that relies on in-depth, open-ended data collection methods such as interviews, focus groups, and participant observation. Qualitative methodology is often used in the social sciences, humanities, and health sciences to study topics such as human behavior, culture, and social institutions. It can also be used in business research to understand customer behavior, employee experiences, and organizational culture.
• Propose some actions based on the result of the interview for the Cardano Community to make more awareness, acceptance, and expectation of the Cardano Staking Pool in Vietnam Indonesia, Japan, and Australia

=> Sampling in qualitative research involves selecting a subset of individuals or cases from a larger population to study in-depth (no need to choose all of the population - in that case is all of SPO owners). Unlike quantitative research, where random sampling is common, qualitative research often uses purposeful or non-probability sampling techniques. We will use Convenience Sampling in this academic research to choose participants who are readily available and willing to participate. While this method is quick and easy, it may not be representative of the broader population. So 20 is a number we can reach to invite to the interview.

• We have very little academic research about Cardano Staking Pool Behavior. So the people who want to run SPO do not have an overall and reliable reference to get knowledge, and it may affect the decision to invest in this field.
• Information about Cardano Staking Pool Behavior in the local public medium (newspapers, magazines,…) in Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia is very little.

How our proposal can solve this problem

How can we support effective and impactful projects and initiatives to build and support the SPO Ecosystem and Community?

In order to answer the question above, we will conduct academic research about Cardano Staking Pool Behavior in Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia and conduct a survey by qualitative method.

From academic research, we deploy and develop communication content in various forms from interviewing, summarizing information, and conveying it vividly, quickly reaching some famous Cardano Staking Pool Owers in Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, and Australia

After conducting academic research, we will publish it on mass media to transmit information from official channels, reaching a broad audience.

One of the reasons we chose mass media (or local public medium) to publish this academic research is that in Vietnam (and many countries), cryptocurrency is illegal. Not many writers/journalists know about Blockchain and Cryptocurrency in general, particularly Cardano and ADA. But let's make academic research with professional methodology and analyze it to give their user trust information and some fee to publish this academic research

To make this academic research explore more people, we will:
