Currently, there is no way for Cardano ecosystem participants to efficiently trade RWC (Real World Collectibles). There is no bridge from NFTs to the real world, leaving would be traders sidelined.
This is the total amount allocated to CSWAP Systems: Bring RWA (e.g. Pokémon) to Cardano NFTs.
Our solution will bring RWC (Pokémon Cards, Collectible Coins, Stamps, etc) in to the Cardano ecosystem to be traded efficiently using our advanced NFT Hybrid AMM (cswap.market).
No dependencies.
The following will be open source:
A) Smart Contracts
B) Plutus Scripts
>> SDG SELECTION:
The CSWAP Ecosystem currently consists of NFT Staking (Custodial & Non-Custodial), NFT Minting (CIP-68), and a hybrid AMM for NFTs where anybody can provide NFT liquidity for efficient trading of digital collectibles.
This solution will expand the capabilities of the CSWAP ecosystem to incorporate RWC (Real World Collectibles). For our MVP, RWC will include collectibles such as: Pokémon Cards (CCG), Collectible Coins, and Stamps. The small form factor of these items will make storage cost-efficient. However, long term this category may include all categories of luxury collectibles, including classic cars, sports jerseys, and physical works of art. The collectibles industry has a $594B USD market demand.
Our project will engage Cardano ecosystem participants, and entice more users in to the ecosystem. While Cardano NFT digital collectibles enjoy the success of niche markets, RWC have mass appeal. There are many coin collectors, for instance, that might be enticed by the efficiency of trading tokenized digital coins, as opposed to having to store them and deal with the handling of their assets. Our solution will provide for market efficient trading and eliminate cost and hassle associated with the storage and transfer of physical goods.
Upon completion of our MVP, Cardano ecosystem participants will be able to trade RWC and act as a market maker. The opportunities for potential liquidity providers (RWC/ADA) are exciting. This solution will bring a completely new dimension to the collectibles market.
The positive impact will be realized within the Cardano community in two major ways.
1) Expanded economic opportunities by bridging Cardano to the Real World
As mentioned before, the collectibles industry is a $594B USD market. Currently Cardano has no way of accessing this market. Upon completion of our MVP, Cardano community members will be able to buy, sell and act as market makers within RWC (Real World Collectibles) categories such as: Collectible Card Games, Collectible Coins, and Collectible Stamps. The ability to hold the rights to unique assets within a Cardano wallet will thrill and delight users, stimulating the ecosystem.
2) Attract New Interest to Cardano Ecosystem
While some potential users may not be interested in holding digital collectibles or even Cardano native tokens, they may be very interest in holding the rights to real world assets. Participants will be able to hold assets without enduring storage, shipping, or handling costs. Eliminating the need for these logistics considerations will enable efficiency in the collectibles market that we have never seen.
CSWAP Systems has already delivered numerous innovative solutions on the Cardano blockchain. Our NFT DEX beta has already surpassed 2M ADA in volume and thousands of transactions. We have successfully delivered the minting of 3 separate NFT collections with novel functionality, including custodial staking, ISPO bonus multipliers, LP bonus multipliers, and most impressively embedded LP. Our team has technical leadership/sr. level experience from companies of high standards including Nike, Best Buy, and Airbus. Jon Kravetz has architected 7 figure solutions for enterprise companies such as AstraZeneca (Patient Engagement Management System) and Rexel (Mobile Ecommerce).
CSWAP Systems uses agile methodologies in its development process, with a boutique consulting angle. This allows our team to remain lean and deliver high quality solutions. Here are some processes we incorporate in to our planning, design, and development phases.
1) Business requirements gathering.
2) Gap analysis.
3) Functionality matrix/scorecard including ease of implementation, user value, and product value.
4) Comprehensive Screen Design Documentation including wireframes and functional requirements.
5) Transparent and community development process.
1) Business Requirements Gathering
A) Milestone Outputs: CSWAP Systems will provide a detailed business requirements document. This document will outline exactly what is needed from a business perspective to deliver a complete solution for our MVP. The business requirements document will include any legal/license considerations, and also storage plans (the small form factor collectibles will need to be securely stored).
B) Acceptance Criteria: The business requirements document must describe the requirements in a way so that the team can begin solution design process.
C) Evidence of Milestone Completion: Business and Technical leadership will sign off on the business requirements document and share with Catalyst team as requested.
2) Screen Design Documentation
A) Milestone Outputs: CSWAP Systems will provide a working screen design document with wireframes and functional description for each screen/module. (version 1)
B) Acceptance Criteria: The screen design document, which is a living agile document, must account for all new screens and modules and fulfill the business requirements.
C) Evidence of Milestone Completion: Business and Technical leadership will sign off on the screen design document. A link to the agile SDD will be provided to Catalyst team for ongoing review.
3) RWC Minting Functionality
A) Milestone Outputs: CSWAP Systems will provide a video demonstrating how RWC representative NFTs are minted using our what is now public-facing minting tool. CSWAP will also provide the asset names for on-chain verification of at least two different RWC categories e.g. CCG(Pokémon cards, MTG cards) and Collectible Coins, or Sports Trading Cards...or another small form factor collectible. (pre-prod test net)
B) Acceptance Criteria: CSWAP Systems has successfully used minting functionality to mint RWC NFTs that represent ownership of real world collectibles.
C) Evidence of Milestone Completion: Catalyst team can verify NFTs are being minted and that the assets exist on-chain. This information can be made public.
4) Tradability of RWC assets on CSWAP NFT Marketplace (app.cswap.fi)
A) Milestone Outputs: CSWAP will integrate RWC trading in to our currently existing NFT AMM marketplace on (pre-prod test net).
B) Acceptance Criteria: CSWAP Systems has successfully integrated RWC trading and liquidity provider functionality in to our NFT DEX..
C) Evidence of Milestone Completion: CSWAP Systems will provide a link to our staging server so that milestone completion can be verified in a hands-on-manner.
Final Milestone: Solution Delivery
A) Milestone Outputs: CSWAP will provide a video demonstrating our end to end solution working on main net. We will also provide a project-closeout report.
B) Acceptance Criteria: The video and project-closeout report is provided to either the catalyst team and/or public.
C) Evidence of Milestone Completion: The video, project-closeout report, and live main net functionality allowing users to buy/sell/provide liquidity for RWC (Real World Collectibles) via the CSWAP NFTfi Marketplace (NFT DEX).

For less than 150k USD Cardano ecosystem gains access to a potential $594B industry. After completion, Cardano will have a DEX for real world assets. The potential ROI on this particular proposal is abnormally large due factors such as the size of the market, the uniqueness of the innovation, and the potential for attracting new users with popular real world brands and asset types.
