[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution
- The Research, Academic and Professional Center (CIAP) of UNIAGSFMI promotes research that supports technological development and evolution towards the new era of WEB 3.0. The CIAP, through the learning route “INTEROPERABILITY, will allow sharing information on different platforms, generating content and solutions that boost the usability of the CARDANO_Blockchain ecosystem.
- The interoperability learning route allows driving the distinctive attributes of usability that refers to the CARDANO ecosystem, in terms of its effectiveness and efficiency as a third generation Blockchain.
- The interoperability learning route, propitiates the meeting of specialists in the area of research in reference to common standards, compatible communication protocols, open and flexible architectures, structured metadata, information security and effective governance as fundamental elements of the ecosystem; that guarantee an effective communication between systems and users.
- This learning route will allow to know, the topics of greater interest or of greater trend regarding the usability of the interoperability and benefits to the Cardano community, for which an exhaustive investigation of the factors that intervene in the development of the same one is required.
- Research forms a fundamental part in the development of the learning route, due to its openness towards an innovative path in the treatment, selection and relevance of the areas to be considered in the usability of interoperability, for a more robust and diversified ecosystem.
- In addition, encouraging the active participation of researchers, stakeholders and enthusiasts in the subject, promoting teamwork and using technological tools to simulate interoperable environments can enhance learning and understanding of the subject.
[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
- The availability of a database of accredited specialists in reference to interoperability in Latin America.
- Deepen the research for the development of a learning route, as an innovative path in the treatment, selection and relevance of the areas to be considered in the usability of interoperability, for a more robust and diversified ecosystem.
- Expand the frontiers of academic scientific knowledge within the Cardano ecosystem.
[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
- CIAP, through its academic infrastructure, has a team of teachers and professionals with extensive experience in technological development research, which guarantees the completion and success of the project. Among the capabilities of this team we can mention:
- In education: For being university professors with more than 10 years teaching computer engineering classes in the undergraduate and graduate area.
- In project management: For being leaders of scientific projects, degree projects and promotion projects within the university institutions in which they work, as well as in the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of these projects.
- In programming: For their expertise in the development of applications for different purposes.
- Likewise, we have alliances with other organizations and university institutions in the area of technology, formed by professionals, students and specialists with skills and capabilities in the development of decentralized applications.
[PROJECT MILESTONES] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?
Definition of the learning route, survey of researchers and research centers in the area of interoperability in Latin America.
Design of the necessary infrastructure for the learning route.
Marketing campaign for the promotion of the learning route
Pre-launch of the academic-scientific route to “interoperability” in Latin America

[BUDGET & COSTS] Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
- Recruitment of technical and administrative staff ->50000 ₳
- Design, structure and planning of the learning route -> 50000 ₳
- Marketing campaigns: advertising on social networks, conventional media and pre-launch of the learning route ->50000 ₳
Total -> 150000 ₳
[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
- The amounts associated with the project represent a medium-term investment, since in six (6) months the learning route will be designed, structured and planned, with the creation of a database of experts in the area of interoperability in Latin America.
- The development of this route will allow and increase the level of reliability in the production and transfer of information related to different blockchain and applications, strengthening the adoption, innovation and the creation of a more robust and diversified ecosystem such as Cardano Blockchain.
- The costs associated with the production of content generated by the project are significant in relation to the added value it generates to the CARDANO community, given its importance in knowledge management.
- As for the dissemination and promotion of our product, it will allow the visibility in social networks and conventional media of an informative space, which will play a significant role in the production and management of knowledge regarding blockchains, research, ideas and relevant solutions in the Cardano ecosystem.
