The mass support can be an actual benefit toward the Cardano Hub Indonesia ecosystem, while having its own pathway toward a decentralized ecosystem, we encourage our team to have dedication on nurturing the education process at all levels. This necessity requires some approach and activation throughout:

Marketing Outputs:

1. Gather the herd in one arena, an official Website; the actors can access what’s hot and happening from Indonesia ecosystem itself
2. Build the instrument by Migrating them to our web 3 space; this will allow the previous community on whatsapp with a total member of 172 people utilized the Connect Cardano Wallet as well as Claim NFT.
3. Afterward, communities can enhance their own project to make it more visible and feasible to their investors and users by using our Tasks features, where communities can see the emerging communities from different categories of web 3 industry.
4. And keep up to date with the latest onboarding university, with a full report of articles and videos and photos from our Marketing Initiatives activities.
5. This solution is by product of our commitment to nurture the developers into a ready to go market as it is continuously learning new things, supporting the marketing activity for Cardano Hub Indonesia and projects in the future.

Straightforward to the International relation ecosystem through Cardano Constitutional Workshop as host and still educating people to enter the Cardano ecosystem, he managed himself to penetrate some universities in Indonesia.

Supporting technical outputs and enhanced his visibility with some projects of web 2 and web 3. Being an active hackathon participant to many chains, he now dedicates himself to be part of Cardano Hub Indonesia team members.

Cardano Hybrid Meetup: Project Catalyst - Community Reviewer Phase

Cardano Ambassador Indonesia Meetup on Bandung Polytechnic Aug 2024

Series of events has been conducted with several key actors and institutions. Time is rising for Cardano in Indonesia, but we rely upon the activeness of the community as the core power of the Cardano ecosystem, diminishing the middleman activity.

Some findings from our activities are:

1. No direct access from local vocal point to connect wallet beside playstore or ios.
2. No marketing activation in Indonesia for dedicated project that has interest on Cardano technology
3. Limited tokenization rules in Indonesia makes the business actors only willing to get its function to be applied and they find it amazing to know if it is really applicable, our website will be their source of trust that we exist just like other traditional entities.

We have prepared some visualization of our website, as it is not our end goal for this project, it will help us to get a better perspective and work on the data to its accord.

Description : Build and Deploy front end interface for homepage Quest and event& Brand Awareness to Community

1. Findings and recommendations to the Catalyst

[RESOURCES] Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Randy will act as Project Manager for Cardano Hub Indonesia and accommodate all operations from the 1st milestone to final milestone. With previous skill of human resources management, and active participation toward Intersect and Project Catalyst, He will translate necessary documents, being public representative of in person meetup and supporting AMA Host. (Link Cardano forum)

Alfino will act as Tech lead and help the articulation of technical tutorial of using the website, as it will benefit the marketing activation of projects, small medium enterprises that newly enter the Cardano ecosystem in Indonesia or have not yet entered the ecosystem with integration or collaboration.

Fanny Wijaya will act as accountant and support the code of conduct to have proper ethics on Cardano Hub Indonesia while migrating them each step by step and making sure the execution of this marketing strategy went well. 

Felix Christanto will act as Community Manager to support the Telegram activation and members of Cardano Community in Surabaya/ East Java area along with the online meetup and in person activation. He will also support the infrastructure needed to populate the necessary resources for the newcomers and public actors for the project/ entity/ company.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

Cardano Hub Indonesia approaches this category challenge as necessity to prolong our operation excellence, benefiting the output of training the people to get certain levels and onboard the ecosystem, this has come to result in real participation of developer and give contribution of foundational and support the mechanism of the constitution by make an ease of newbie, newcomer that has been developed to specific interest from months before to onboard our Catalyst’s ecosystem by membership, claim NFT, possible to get reward, and pooled on Telegram group which will make it more visible. These features are only the basic development that can support many related actors and external entities while others parallel doing other beneficial partnerships with real business entities to utilize its technology with Cardano Hub Indonesia. On demand and basic platforms such as websites have been designed and asked to have a better approach to the traditional entities. This gives evidence of the maneuver of Cardano Hub Indonesia members toward greater good.

Accounting model has been provided by our team members and promises to keep the work of SDGs values and by horizoning the exact category challenges to have precision and meanings, adding more participants, users, and bulking them based on community interest itself. The following applicants in this proposal acknowledged their own participation and roles without giving any chance to slavery outside the unplanned hiring mechanism, or in terms that we still nurture the Cardano Mini Ambassadors achiever in Indonesia to keep their passion and still doing what they want as it is a free and decentralized ecosystem.

Our value will be reflected throughout time, and this time the report will be more visible, though we are also going for another category to encourage the community and showing dedication with loyalty.
