All the outputs will be opensource. The open source repositories will be github, youtube and Internet Archive or anyother if I am asked for it.
I perceive the problem as: Cardano has already enough technology to solve real-world every day problems, yet this technology is not being use in the manner that it can be mainstream because it is not clear for many developers how or which real problems can be solved using blockchain. For instance, decentralised finance (Defi) is one of the promises of blockchain, and to the date, DeFi is the most notable use of the blockchain technology. But, DeFi alone has not much utility beyond exchanging tokens of speculative value, because this value, is strongly tied to speculative markets.
The use of $ada or other native tokens, so far, do not happen frictionless, especially when it comes to interacting with some real-world service. Such transaction will, at least and most of the time, require the conversion from fiat currency to $ada (usually in a regulated centralised exchange) that charges a percentage fee from the total conversion of the currency. After the $ada is bought, it requires to be sent to a personal wallet in order to be used in a smart contract. Additionally, sometimes the transactional friction is even higher because the service intended to be used requires buying a specific token in the ecosystem, then incrementing fees, time expended and compromising transactional efficiency.
This proposal solution intents to engage (as a visual-conceptual) guidance on how developers, entrepreneurs, businesses, and consumers can solve real world problems beyond DeFi. This can be achieved by explaining and revealing some blueprints of my own authority, which I have refined over 2 years on of how Cardano could be used to offer concrete real-world solution and create situations that are more market-efficient and cost-effective. In other words, it becomes more convenient transacting in ADA than in fiat because is seamlessly efficient. This will require a document that depicts and explain the logic of the blueprints as well as explanatory videos of high-quality production per each case, The blueprints also will be produced in technical detail and using broad formats such as UML, OOP and or other as is demanded by the blueprint itself. Along with the blueprint the explanation of its logic will be included using the theories of their design, this allows the developer to understand each case in such a way that is not limited to the case scenario, then allowing transposition of these to other real use cases.
The solutions output of this proposal are unique because it proposes solutions of real-world problems that represent utility and value, so far, are rare the projects that are using Cardano's existing technology beyond DeFi to so solve practical applications or everyday services, specifically those that involve the day-to-day of persons not related to coding of finances as a profession.
There are several indicators able to measure the impact of this solution as it is, in the long term, the transactional friction such as counting the interaction with real-world services or providers using the propositions, or by the number of transaction and even more sophisticated methods such as the fiat economics equations of “velocity of money”. Short term measures can be related to the number of views, requests or pulls ups of the project outputs.
The end beneficiaries include businesses and consumers as well as developers that have not find ways that truly generate value. It is important to Cardano because it shifts the focus away from speculative markets to leveraging its technology, which is essential for the long-term sustainability and growth of the ecosystem.
On the Cardano community, the positive impact of this project will come from increasing the real-world utility of ADA by reducing friction in blockchain-based transactions as real world services are offered, including the case scenarios or possibilities that intent to push the boundaries of features such as Hydra.
The project also will promote broader adoption of Cardano’s technology in mainstream sectors, enhancing the credibility and attractiveness of the platform and the industry over all by depicting capabilities and possibilities for day-to-day solution.
This will increase confidence in Cardano’s long-term viability and diversity of industries that go beyond DeFi. The blueprints of this project intents to be disseminated to fundamentally empower those building already in the ecosystem because by ensuring that the models are opensource these cannot be patented yet the developers will be able to take decisions on their own code to hold patents if they wish and do so correctly while securing competition between them and fairness. This stimulates innovation.
It will increase the utility and demand because ada or any other token becomes of practical usage, increasing its adoption by parties that only one a service without a more engaging interaction with the ecosystem (Consumer creation).
This is to really harness mainstream adoption thus growing the user base of Cardano. Additionally, developers will find new opportunities focusing on real-world applications rather than purely speculative DeFi projects. It includes the invitation to the developers of transposing the blueprints to other projects, modifying or complementing this outputs. This besides enhancing innovation can attract more talent to the ecosystem which strengthen it.

Counting the number of rising projects, business etc that have integrating directly or partially the outputs of this project.
The number of frictionless transactions made using ADA, as well as the reduction in fees and time expended is the most important factor. This includes the observation of transactions creating circular economies. This implies that the ecosystem should growth and fiat value of ada retained.

Qualitative Metrics:
These include the level of interest and engagement from developers building additional solutions on top of the output to this project, the interest in deepening the knowledge of the mechanisms and the new case studies generated out of the mechanisms, the boundaries reached by developer over the Cardano tech, this is to say the demand for features on Cardanos’ technology, of course, the number of view of the videos published.
Diffusion: There will be a written document that explains cases and theory in a depository and each case from the document will be explained in videos uploaded to youtube.
Currently I been successfully delivering another within Catalyst: the "Revolutionising Decentralized Governance" initiative (Project ID 1100249). My academic background in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (economics major) alongside my experience gathered doing research in decentralized governance, gives me the knowledge and skills to success fully execute this project. Most importantly, the ideas that will be released in this project are product of at least a process that started 3 years and been refined and not implemented by anyone so far. Such ideas can go private but it will be convenient for the ecosystem if these are released as opensource.
The value of the proposal comes from the original models (not implement to the date in the blockchain industry) that will be published open source. I intent applying for this proposal pretending to add gamechanger knowledge of value for the ideas themselves (if voters consider so). Then, my authority over the blueprints becomes opensource without reservations if votes successfully or, in the opposite case, holding reservation over them. This imply that part the funds will not go to expenses invested in the project but to the release of this ideas themselves as the value of the project is the importance and originality of these systems that intent to ignite competence among developers to deliver real problem solutions. Such, plea of trust is necessary given that specifics of the output can be subtracted from this kind of proposals if these are disclosed even if incomplete creating unfair advantage or oversighting moral rights accreditation over the ideas.
Project plan and each case preliminar identification of theories: it intends to plan as a roadmap for the end output and collect the initial documentation on the value theories for the blueprints.

-This will include a conscice number of minimun of blueprints, the theories backing each, clear planing for documentation presentation and video script and video production. This should disipates any problem for the production of the outputs.

-A plan that will not reveal the end outputs (since reveling them will create an unfair advange for developers) but the subjects in which the theoretical grounds are based. This plans includes a road map to make the production of the documents and videos as professional and systematic as possible.
Written documentation of Economic theories usage: Producing a thorough written documentation that outlines socioeconomic theories (mainly stakeholders theory) applied to the design of the blueprints.

Nonetheless, the amount of ada circulation using this blueprints can create markets whose value, rather than these being assessed on the volume of ada, value can be assessed on the quantity of different market created.
The production of these opensource resources intend accessibility and inspire developers to build around real-world solutions. These outputs have the potential to stimulate innovation because the project's open-source nature ensures that developers compete or collaborate using this information yet holding authority over their own enterprises, further driving the adoption of ada and the growth of the Cardano ecosystem as more utility cases are adapted. This should allow the ecosystem to attract users, business and builders to the Cardano.
