1- REASON FOR SUBMITING THE PROPOSAL

Many investors and developers in Vietnam question whether Cardano can really achieve significant progress compared to other blockchains.

The volume of technology documents is so large that the community does not have time to learn them all. We are being flooded with a lot of information about layer1 blockchains, both old and new. Therefore, the need to have complete information so that the community can understand Cardano's advances in comparison with other blockchains is extremely necessary.

For example, some blockchains are very fast and have very cheap fees, but they are constantly congested and have poor security.

We will compare Cardano with other Layer 1s based on the following criteria:

Carrying out a series of comparisons is very necessary so that the community can clearly understand that Cardano has been making clear technological advances with other ecosystems, thereby believing in love and being determined to build Cardano blockchain stronger.

For the community:

• This proposal will help the blockchain and crypto community in Vietnam gain a clearer understanding of the technology, vision, and potential of Cardano, contribute to enhancing the Vietnamese community’s understanding of third-generation blockchain, with Cardano as a prime representative.
• The videos will be meticulously crafted with high-quality visuals and simple, easy-to-understand content, ensuring viewers can easily grasp the information. The topics will be discussed and contributed to by community members, thereby spreading blockchain knowledge to more people. From there, they will realize the benefits that blockchain in general, and Cardano in particular, can bring, including why blockchain exists and thrives, and what defines a truly good blockchain capable of driving significant change for humanity.

For the ecosystem: The series will help attract more users, investors and developers from Vietnam to invest, contribute, and build products on the Cardano platform. It aims to establish a strong connection between a solid blockchain project like Cardano and long-term visionary investors, as well as skilled developers.

Additionally, 5PC is currently implementing another funded proposal in Fund 12.

5PC has participated in the last 3 Funds and secured funding for at least 1 proposal in the last 2 Funds. We are extremely confident in our ability to deliver the project with the highest quality and accountability in budget management.

  The proposed budget has been optimized for each role. As this is a creative project requiring higher video quality than standard marketing campaigns, the individuals involved must be carefully selected based on specific criteria:
