3. The Cardano community in Vietnam is extensive and primarily online-based, with limited official offline events. This situation restricts opportunities for members to interact and collaborate effectively.

Proposed Solution:

Boost the organization of regular Meetups in key cities across Vietnam, focusing on Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

I have a thorough understanding of CIP1694 and am committed to contributing to developing Cardano's decentralized governance mechanisms. I am also a member of Working Group Intersect and a DRep Pioneer Leader. I am fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese, understand English, and hold a Blockchain Business Consulting certificate from Emurgo and a Cardano Blockchain Certified Associate (CBCA) certificate from the Cardano Foundation.
