The lack of structured training programs for local ambassadors limits Cardano's global growth and grassroots efforts, preventing effective outreach and community building in new regions
This is the total amount allocated to Empowering Global Cardano Ambassadors: A Community Growth Initiative.
We will create a global Ambassador Training Program to equip individuals with the skills and resources to promote Cardano, organize events, & onboard new users, ultimately driving grassroots adoption.
This project has several dependencies that are essential for its successful delivery:
All educational materials and resources will be fully open source, accessible for modification, and shared under a Creative Commons license. This ensures that communities can localize and adapt the program to their needs.
We propose creating an Ambassador Training Program that will empower individuals to become Cardano advocates in their local communities. The program will provide the following:
1.Online Learning Platform:
A centralized hub where ambassadors can access training resources, including video tutorials, educational articles, and marketing guides.
2.Workshops and Webinars:
Monthly virtual and in-person training sessions to provide hands-on guidance on how to organize events, create educational content, and engage local communities.
3.Ambassador Toolkit:
Ambassadors will receive a physical and digital toolkit with marketing materials (flyers, guides, presentation templates) to promote Cardano in their regions.
4.Mentorship Program:
New ambassadors will be paired with experienced community leaders to offer ongoing support and guidance.
The project will positively impact the Cardano community by:
1.Expanding Global Reach:
By training ambassadors in underrepresented regions, we aim to increase Cardano’s visibility and adoption worldwide.
2.Boosting User Adoption:
Ambassadors will introduce new users to Cardano, increasing wallet usage, staking, and community engagement.
3.Strengthening Local Communities:
Ambassadors will organize local meetups, educational events, and workshops, fostering a stronger Cardano presence in various regions.
