The goal is to drive grassroots ecosystem growth, foster education and community initiatives, that expands Cardano’s global footprint and onboards more Cardano users. A team of dedicated professionals should be efficiently working to achieve such a goal. Since the first launch more than 2 (two) years ago I have used most of the time my own pocket money to finance our website, its content and and its community on Discord and Twitter. Now I decided to take this amateur work of mine to the professional level, i.e.: by hiring professionals to handle content curation and website maintenance.
As the only Cardano community website in Indonesian simple language, our project will definitely have to partner with other Cardano communities in Indonesia so that they can post their activities and will contribute regularly to share Cardano-related information such as articles, photos, or videos of their workshops and events.

This proposal covers a range of initiatives that help drive such goals through marketing, education, community building and other means, both in the existing local regions where Cardano has a community-presence as well as in other new communities, raising awareness and enabling impactful community-building endeavors. To keep track of such positive impacts, I decided to use several metrics and KPIs to quantitatively measure our progress and media to solicit qualitative feedback from the Cardano community.
This proposal is for a year of content curation and website maintenance works starting from the first finance and will be divided into monthly operating reports and 4 (four) quarters of accounting reports. Moreover, there will be daily news and announcements shared on our community’s Discord and posted on Twitter (X).
The project will be divided into 4 milestones of achievements that will be used to monitor the success rate of every milestone's deliverables.
To measure this project's effectiveness, there are several measurable quantitative metrics that are going to be used to monitor this project every time such as the number of web page visitors, Discord members, or Twitter followers. Nevertheless, it’s the increase in the number of participants of Cardano-related discussion as well as newly-onboarded Cardano users and their projects/initiatives that will be taken more into account.

My name is Wisnu, a Cardano enthusiast, a blockchain user and community builder since the Shelley Era more than 250 Epochs ago Linkedin Profile , Personal Twitter Handle.
As an avid blockchain user and a Cardano evangelist, I have been involved in more than just investing and trading on Cardano DApps, but also in establishing several Cardano NFT communities, generating our Cardano meme token community, participating as a previous Project Catalyst co-proposer as well as a Lv.1 community reviewer, and is registered as a paid-member of Intersect MBO. I have good relationships with Indonesia Cardano Ambassadors, and Cardano educational event organizers in other cities of Indonesia to validate the feasibility of this project.
The Cardano information website in Indonesian that this proposal aims to enhance is the only Cardano educational website in Indonesian simple language. It is voluntarily developed by me, has been up and running for more than 2 years, and has its live visitors traffic information that can be publicly seen upon request in our community's Discord server.
As the only person who did all the setting up and maintaining the website, and currently is writing articles, curating and publishing the articles voluntarily, I feel the need to enhance the website to provide more insightful information of the Cardano community and technology by uplevelling it to a professionally-managed website.
Getting funded by the Project Catalyst surely will bring modern management to the website that will post regular updates and information which at the end of the day will boost the traffic and make Cardano more visible and attractive in the crypto space.

Within 3 (three) months after we receive the funding, there will be 20 Cardano-related graphic and written contents published on our fresh-look website as evidence of completion of the first milestone. All links to the contents are also shared on Twitter posts. Every budget spending from the funds we receive will be posted on our Discord server and is free to discuss for feedback.

[RESOURCES] Who is in the project team and what are their roles?
The author of this proposal, Wisnu, has been an avid Cardano user since the Shelley Era more than 250 Epochs ago Linkedin Profile, Twitter Handle.
As an enthusiast, he has been involved in establishing several Cardano NFT communities, generating their Cardano meme token community, participating as previous Project Catalyst co-proposer as well as a Lv.1 community reviewer, and a paid-member of Intersect MBO.
The team has good relationships with Cardano Ambassadors, and Cardano educational event organizers in other cities of Indonesia.
As a co-founder of a Cardano community in Indonesia, as well as a part time blockchain lecturer at a blockchain education institution in Jakarta, Indonesia, Wisnu will be transparently taking care of the budget management, successfully delivering the goals and creating positive impacts in regards to fostering Cardano communities partnership especially in Indonesia.
Initially, Wisnu, who also holds a certificate in Cardano Blockchain Certified Associate program issued by Cardano Foundation, will take the editor/curator job position until the organization feels the need to grow.
To ensure continuous supply of contents, there will be 3-4 part time contributors hired and they will be getting remuneration based on their published contents.
There will also be a web builder hired to develop and to maintain an intuitive and informative website, not limited to website interactive feature development in the future.

The project’s expenses for a year (12 months) of operation are as follows:

- Editor and Curator salary = 8400 ADA
- Payment for the minimum of 80 articles to contributors = 6000 ADA
- Web building and hosting subscripton = 2000 ADA
- Miscellaneous = 2000 ADA (Cost for social media, other subscriptions, and anticipation of ADA price decrease).

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
The proposal is requesting funds of 22000 ADA for a year of operation and the team from communities will later decide if the project requires another funding from Project Catalyst or can generate funds by itself to cover next year's expenses through other activities or business partnerships along the way.
This project will provide a high value for money to the Cardano ecosystem, especially in broader everyday Indonesian-speaking communities, as the project will make the Cardano communities and their activities more visible and recognized by broader communities in Indonesia.
Finally, as the administrators of the only website in Indonesian daily language that publishes Cardano-only contents, the team behind this proposal will always advocate the real-life use case DApps that can and should be built using the Cardano technology in every occasion, be it with the Indonesian government bodies, or with the private corporations, and to connect them with capable and trusted Cardano developers, especially in the region of Indonesia.
