My proposal seems to provide intensive education to farmers in Ghana to mitigate climate actions using modern technology without having to depend on rain water for production. My proposal will also onboard 250 farmers to the cardano community as part of their farming activities to educate them on how to find the right market for their farm produce and also access verifiable information for their crops.

Onboarding 250 farmers to the cardano community as part of their farming activities will incraese the community population and thereby extending the territory of the cardano community within the global space.

Farmers will become stewards in their respective communities as agent to climate change action best practices through intensive training and education.

Farmers will be able to use technological devices to mitigate climate actions thus helping them to farm all year round.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Feasibility of this project will be achieved through proper survey from market women. These market women will be able to give us accurate information from where their foodstuffs were gotten from. Whether from the community or they were outsourced from external source.

The Agricultural department of the District Assembly will also help us to know the feasibility of the project by providing proper records of farm produce within that farming period compared to last season.

Lastly, farmers will confirm our feasibility by giving us records for the past crop season and the current season to see which of them got the highest yield.

Invitation letters will be served to various farming associations within the district.

Invitations will be given to local leaders and individual farmers to keep them inform about the training.

Bill boards will be raised to create more awareness for training.

A letter will be served to the District Assembly to pre-inform them about the project.

Training personnel for the program will be requested from the agricultural department of the assembly to help train these farmers.

A survey will be conducted from the farming community to address the pressing issues relating to climate actions that affect their farming activities.

These issues will then be forwarded to the agricultural department of the assembly to provide expert trainers in the field of climate to educate these farmer on the pressing needs of climate actions

After the training, a survey will be conducted within the farming community to report on the outcome of the training.

A final survey will be conducted after the crop season to report on crop yields. This report will proof the validity of the training provided to these farmers to check its effectiveness.

A final report will be documented for pubic use.

This report will help farmers in other regions to learn and apply the principles that worked for these farmers in the trained communities.

This proposal will help farmers reduce inadequate production of farm produce as farmers will know when and where to cultivate their crops using technological device to mitigate climate actions. Farmers can also use other farming methods like the irrigation system to cultivate more farm produce without having to depend on rain water thus helping farmers to farm all year round. By onboarding 250 of these farmers to the cardano community, the community will provide them with intensive training pertaining to finding the right market to sell their crops and also provide them access to financial support, thus helping them farm larger acres of land for maximum production. This will generate revenue for farmers and will also expand the cardano community.
