[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution
Build an NFT mint aggregator connecting all available services that wish to participate. We bring extra traffic to both services and creators which in turn makes finding new mints easier for users.
[IMPACT] Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Our goal is to make it easier for new users and creators to join the blockchain space. By talking to traditional creators, we've identified the main challenges for non-Cardano and non-blockchain users. We aim to onboard them and boost minting liquidity by integrating a mint platform into our marketplace. Rather than taking away from existing services, we'll enhance them by offering an NFT mint aggregator as an additional channel.
[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We are fully transparent with our business entity based in Prague, Czech Republic and we are building on Cardano for the 5th year now. Knowledge and expertise sharing with partners who already launched and run successful projects gives us the necessary perspective to see how and what to build in a specific time frame.
[PROJECT MILESTONES] What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?
UX/UI wireframing and design
- Output: Wireframing and design of calendar and mint pages and first lines of code.
- Acceptance criteria: Simple UI navigation even for Web2 users confirmed with A/B testing.
- Evidence of milestone completion: Figma print screen and a link with A/B testing results.
Back End Development
- Output: Prepare back end and API.
- Acceptance criteria: The back end can process all the actions designed in milestone 1.
- Evidence of milestone completion: Link to a report and conclusion summarizing work in a non-public GitHub repo.
Front End Development
- Output: Mint page and mint calendar on private Testnet.
- Acceptance criteria: Functional solution in Testnet environment.
- Evidence of milestone completion: Demo video from a private Testnet.
Testing and documentation
- Output: Test the minting thoroughly, create a few random collections, and fix bugs or errors. Create documentation for the open-sourced code base.
- Acceptance criteria: The platform is now bug-free and is ready for beta release.
- Evidence of milestone completion: Gitbook section summarizing test results and section with documentation for the mint aggregator.
Beta release
- Output: Beta release on Mainnet.
- Acceptance criteria: Users can now mint their NFTs on an aggregator both via our own engine and partnering services.
- Evidence of milestone completion: Live mint aggregator running on mainnet in Beta.

[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
Successful collections mint income is in range of higher hundreds of thousands ADA upwards to 1 milion+. By bringing Web2 projects and users to Cardano we will be able to bring millions of ADA to the space.
Our approach of aggregating and bringing projects together will bring more traffic and liquidity to the Cardano ecosystem and the price we pay is our own revenue which is diminished by aggregation (revenue goes directly to partnering service) therefore this step is for the betterment of the Cardano ecosystem for a minimal cost.
