We propose an open-source modular addon system that allows projects to integrate their own logic, layouts, and displays for specific metadata keys or script interactions to Cexplorer, one of the leading Cardano blockchain explorers.
Each addon lives in its own directory in a GitHub repository and registers triggers (e.g., metadata key or script hash) along with desired output types (table column, embed view, full view and possibly more). The explorer automatically detects and loads relevant addons only when needed.
