What is the problem you want to solve?
Cardano DeFi is fragmented across DEXs, lending, perps, and analytics. A single hub is needed to unify access and onboard users, especially as Cardano targets Bitcoin DeFi
Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
No
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
no dependancies
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes
License and Additional Information
This project will be released under the MIT License. All integration standards, category specifications, and backend indexer code will be fully open source on GitHub, enabling any protocol to adopt and integrate. The open-source components include the event/indexing framework and reference adapters for DeFi categories. The frontend dashboard developed separately will remain closed-source

Mention your open source license and describe your open source license rationale.
We will release all integration standards, category specifications, and backend indexer code under the MIT License, a permissive and widely used open source license. This ensures maximum adoption by allowing both commercial and non-commercial use, while encouraging contributions from across the Cardano ecosystem. Our rationale is to make the integration layer an open standard for all protocols, fostering interoperability and reducing duplicated development work. Can you give me answers for these questions too?
How do you make sure your source code is accessible to the public from project start, and people are informed?
From project initiation, a public GitHub repository will be created containing the evolving specifications, initial code structure, and documentation. All updates will be committed to the public repository in real time. Progress will be shared via Cardano community channels, social media, and relevant developer forums to ensure visibility and invite contributions throughout the build.
How will you provide high quality documentation?
We will provide comprehensive documentation hosted in the public GitHub repo. This will include:
All docs will follow standard API and developer documentation best practices, and will be reviewed/updated alongside each release.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
We will build the DeFi Hub. A single, user-friendly dashboard that unifies all major DeFi protocols on Cardano in one interface.
The DeFi Hub will run on an open integration framework:
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The DeFi Hub will unify Cardano’s fragmented DeFi ecosystem into a single, intuitive entry point — improving usability for newcomers and efficiency for experienced users.
User Impact: Eliminates the need to navigate multiple apps, reducing friction and onboarding time for new users, including those entering from Bitcoin as Cardano grows into a DeFi layer for BTC.
Developer Impact: Provides a shared open-source integration framework, reducing duplicated work, lowering integration costs, and accelerating time-to-market for new protocols.
Ecosystem Growth: By standardizing integrations and centralizing access, the Hub strengthens liquidity flows, increases transaction volumes, and improves retention in Cardano DeFi.
The open integration layer ensures transparency and long-term community benefit, even beyond our own frontend product.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team has over two years of experience building in the Cardano DeFi space, starting with our independently developed DEX Aggregator (Fetch) a complex product integrating all major Cardano DEXs without any outside funding. We have since delivered a lending/borrowing aggregator and a Telegram-based Cardano price/transaction bot, both requiring advanced on-chain indexing, protocol API integrations, and user-facing dashboards.
This combination of independent delivery history, deep technical expertise, and an open, collaborative architecture ensures we can deliver the DeFi Hub within budget and on schedule.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The requested 100,000 ADA budget is strategically allocated to deliver a scalable, open integration framework that will benefit the entire Cardano DeFi ecosystem. By open-sourcing the integration/indexing layer and protocol specifications, we enable any developer or protocol to connect without rebuilding from scratch, reducing ecosystem-wide duplication of effort. This approach creates long-term value beyond the lifespan of the project and supports broader adoption of Cardano DeFi, including positioning it as a gateway for incoming Bitcoin liquidity.
