DReps lack a unified tool that allows them to understand Cardano's networtk statistics, their own metrics, and how the governance process evolves for them as a representative body.
A dedciated console that aggregates all the information DReps require to fulfill their roles. Also, a transparency tool for the community in the form of an online console.

What is the problem you want to solve?
DReps lack a unified tool that allows them to understand Cardano's networtk statistics, their own metrics, and how the governance process evolves for them as a representative body.
Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
No
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
No dependencies
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes
License and Additional Information
MIT License
Please choose the most relevant theme and tag related to the outcomes of your proposal
Governance
Mention your open source license and describe your open source license rationale.
MIT license for the GitHub repo to allow anyone in the community to fork the project. This way, other members of the community can contribute to the tool or use it as a basis for their own projects in similar areas.
How do you make sure your source code is accessible to the public from project start, and people are informed?
We'll create an open repository that will be shared with the community. We'll also promote the project on various Cardano dedicated spaces with updates. Finally, we'll create a Discord server and X account to keep everyone informed.
How will you provide high quality documentation?
We have managed and delivered many Cardano products. We have extensive experience writing proper and easy-to-follow documentation for projects and code repositories. We'll create a repository from the start of the project, and the documentation will track the progress of the work.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
A consolidated console that is capable of querying on-chain data and presenting it under a single interface. The project will provide DReps with a tool that is able to provide all the governance, metrics, and statistics needed to perform their role. Additionally, it'll help them attract ADA stake and promote themselves to the community.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The tool will provide an all-encompassing platform that facilitates DRep management and tracking. DReps will be able to follow and stay informed on network statistics and governance actions under one single interface. The community will be able to review and track the actions of all DReps, improving governance's transparency.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We are an experienced team in the Cardano ecosystem. We have created products for the Cardano blockchain since 2021 and participated in Catalyst since the very early funds. We have experience as Stake Pool runners, smart contract developers, off-chain transaction construction, and wallet integration.
We understand the architecture and layers of the Cardano blockchain in a way most teams don't. One of our members was also a delegate to the Cardano Constitutional Convention.
Milestone Title
Milestone 1: Initial Setup
Milestone Outputs
Acceptance Criteria
All the first steps are created during the first month of the project. Nothing is deployed live on a website, but instead is provided via an open GitHub repository that anyone in the community can track.
Evidence of Completion
The GitHub repository will contain a first mockup of the console interface for users to review.
The repo will have a database schema that will be used to record the on-chain data the console will use.
The repo will have the initial code of the script that will be deployed to query on-chain data.

Backend set up
Milestone Outputs
Acceptance Criteria
All three milestones for the backend need to be present by the end of the milestone. There needs to be a node that is live on the network, a functioning script that retrieves data (at this stage it'll be command line-based), and the database where these data points are recorded.
Evidence of Completion
A node that is live on the network, and anyone can see its status.
A live backend that can query on-chain data using a command line interface to retrieve the information.
A database that is populated every time the script is engaged to find data.

Deployment of frontend
Milestone Outputs
Acceptance Criteria
There is a live website that has a working user interface, a connected backend, a database, and finally a live node. Each registered DRep will show on the console, there will be their on-chain activity, and also Cardano network stats.
Evidence of Completion
A live website that hosts the console.
The complete registry of all live Dreps on the network.
Governance information regarding their voting activity.

Testing
Milestone Outputs
Acceptance Criteria
There will be a testing and debugging phase that collects any detected problems and corrects them. The website will contain a form to report any problems with the interface. There will be a complete version of the repository with all the modules.
Evidence of Completion
Live website with all the modules.
GitHub repository with the documentation.
Form to report issues and any bugs.
GitHub commits that show the problems were addressed.

Communication and promotion
Milestone Outputs
Host X spaces, join community calls with Cardano groups, and Catalyst Town Hall presentation. The final step will be the communication of the project with all the final documentation and code on the GitHub repository.
Acceptance Criteria
The team will have conducted two X spaces on their own, participated in community spaces, and hosted a room in the Catalyst Town Hall.
There will be a complete repo that has clear documentation for the project that anyone can clone or contribute to for the betterment of the tool.
Evidence of Completion
Complete GitHub repo with all the modules and documentation.
Recording of the different X spaces, community calls, and Catalyst Town Hall.
GitHub commikts that show the evolution of the project and the changes.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The project will enhance the governance process for both the DReps and the Cardano community at large. It'll provide transparency and also tracking features that are dedicated to the DReps as a governance body. The code and all the necessary dependencies will be open-source and will be maintained for the community's use long-term.
The DReps lack a tool that's dedicated to them and is able to provide all the necessary information under a single interface. The community also needs a tool that can provide DRep information on demand and quickly for transparency purposes.
