Cardano Integration:
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
This project guarantees 3,000+ students from top 10 universities in HCMC, Vietnam to create Cardano-themed media—memes, graphics, short videos, and blogs—that circulate across TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and X.
Every workshop produces real outputs and wallet-based participation, ensuring:
• **New wallets & ADA usage:** Wallet demos, staking explainers, and contest voting convert students into **active ADA users\.**
• **Ecosystem engagement:** Contests and events simulate governance, teaching practical participation.
• **Visibility & branding:** Thousands of student-generated posts create consistent Cardano narratives on mainstream social media, expanding Cardano’s presence where competitors dominate.
This project is not isolated. It links directly to our other Cardano blockchain training programs, where students gain deeper knowledge of Cardano. Together, these initiatives merge creative media with technical education, multiplying impact:
• **Ecosystem development:** Trained students evolve into developers, educators, and dReps, expanding the ecosystem beyond content creation.
• **Social adoption:** Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha become cultural drivers, while investors gain confidence seeing Cardano embedded in youth culture, ensuring long-term ADA demand.
• **Sustainability**: By building communities around both creativity and blockchain literacy, Cardano engagement continues beyond the project lifecycle.
-> In short, direct outputs create social buzz and wallet adoption now, while indirect effects ensure Cardano’s long-term growth, developer pipeline, and investor value. This dual impact maximizes return for both the ecosystem and ADA holders.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
1. Established and Contract-Backed Activities
This project is built on activities that are not experimental but already established and running. For the past two years, Hub Network organized an annual University Tour with top universities in Ho Chi Minh City. These events are not one-time pilots — they are part of a yearly plan. They already have signed cooperation contracts with the universities, so these events must happen. And we already join them since the last year till now. This guarantees that our programs will be executed as planned.
2. Guaranteed Student Numbers
The participation of students is not uncertain. The contracts with universities include a fixed commitment: they will send more than 2,700 students to the events and +460 directl our training programs. This means the target number of students is 100% achievable and already secured. Our responsibility is not to recruit them, but to incentivize and support these students so they create more and better outputs that have strong impact on social media.
3. Preparation Before Project Start
We are not waiting until January 2026 to begin. Now, we are already running everything. Our e-learning system is complete, our lessons are designed and finished, and we are already practicing community management with live groups, tranining in some universities, companies and communities. By the time this project officially starts, we will already have at least five more months of experience in running the system. This ensures there will be no delays and no wasted time once funding begins.
4. Experience in Media Production and Events
Our team has over eight years of experience in media production, event organization, and social media development. This is not theory — we have delivered major productions for the Cardano ecosystem. We supported the Vietnamese Cardano Summit in 2022, 2023, and 2024 as the main design and marketing partner, and contributed to the Intersect 2024 event. These experiences prove our ability to deliver professional-quality outputs at global scale, on time, and with community impact.
5. Proven Educational Contributions
We are also creators of the Whiteboard Cardano channel, which has published 16 educational explainer videos about Cardano. These videos are used by the community to understand the ecosystem more easily. This shows that our team can both produce engaging content and communicate complex Cardano concepts in clear and accessible ways.
6. Part of a Larger Business Strategy
This project is only one part of our wider business plan. Our overall business strategy targets multiple segments, and students represent about 35% of that plan. Because of this, the activities, metrics, and KPIs of this project benefit from synergy with other parts of our business. In practice, this means results will not only meet expectations, but likely exceed them, since the impact flows into broader business operations and assessments.
Overall Feasibility
Combining contract-backed university partnerships, guaranteed student participation, early preparations, strong media and event experience, proven educational contributions, and integration into a larger business plan, the feasibility of this project is extremely high. This is not a plan we hope to achieve — it is a continuation of activities we are already running and scaling.
Dependency on Universities and the Hub Network
A key risk of this project is its dependency on universities and the Hub Network.
Mitigation:
This risk is minimized for several reasons.
Social Engagement and Interaction Numbers
Another risk is the uncertainty of real-world engagement and interaction. Even with eight years of experience in social media and media production, actual outcomes in live environments may differ from forecasts. For example, the number of shares, comments, or impressions might not perfectly align with the targets we propose.
Mitigation:
We have designed multiple layers of protection against this risk.

Short-Form Media Production
This budget covers all production tasks related to meme creation, short-form videos (5s–10s), visual templates, and their dissemination on social media. The output cost scales with student participation and engagement milestones, starting at 900.2 ADA in the first month and increasing monthly to reflect growing volume and production complexity. The total output budget is carefully calculated to ensure high-quality, trend-sensitive content.
Total: ~31,478.5 ADA
(Cost per each short: ~0.75 ADA)
Community Engagement Rewards
We implement a multi-layered reward system to motivate participation and maintain momentum over the 9 months. These include:
Total: 25,100 ADA
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This proposal delivers outstanding value not only through** low-cost, high-volume media production**, but more importantly through deep integration with university education systems, ensuring sustainable impact on the Cardano ecosystem for years to come.
At the heart of this proposal is our cooperation with top 10 universities in HCMC, secured through signed agreements with the Hub Network. These aren't theoretical partnerships — they are established, recurring collaborations we’ve executed over multiple years.
Through this infrastructure, we guarantee:
This impact goes far beyond the 9-month scope of this project. These students will:
Catalyst’s investment here isn’t just funding media. It’s activating the next generation of ecosystem contributors.
Our output budget delivers over 40,000 pieces of content (shorts + long-form) with a production cost of ~0.75 ADA per short. More importantly, we’ve eliminated traditional blockers to content creation:
Students (and any community member) can simply log in to our platform, personalize their video, and export it — with one click.
This ease-of-use translates to action. Participation is immediate, scalable, and inclusive. Compared to self-made content pipelines, this approach is radically more accessible and impactful.
Our team brings deep executional capacity in every relevant area:
Because these capabilities already exist, there’s no need for research costs, team onboarding, or consulting expenses. Every ADA goes directly into results — not preparation.
This project is not just a Catalyst experiment. It is one part of our long-term business roadmap, focused on the Gen-Z and student segments — which make up just 25% of our full market plan.
That means:
This aligns Catalyst funding with real-world business momentum, which drastically reduces risk and increases execution speed.
All assets created — templates, tools, educational content — are open to the public. The wider Cardano community can reuse them for:
These tools are not locked into one context. They enable the Cardano community to self-amplify across languages, locations, and audiences — well beyond this proposal’s timeline.
In short, this proposal offers the Catalyst community an education-driven, media-powered, and business-backed path to scalable ecosystem growth. **Every ADA multiplies in impact: **training students, generating creators, spreading knowledge, and leaving behind open tools for continued use.
It is not just value for money. It’s momentum for Cardano.
