This proposal is aimed at the Vietnamese blockchain and cryptocurrency community, especially investors, developers and those new to Cardano. We reach them through a series of videos comparing Cardano with other Layer 1 blockchains on YouTube, TikTok and Telegram.
Increased community engagement will be ensured by vivid, easy-to-understand content, helping viewers access knowledge intuitively, seeing the technological advantages of Cardano. This not only raises awareness but also attracts more people to participate and contribute to the Cardano ecosystem in Vietnam.

The blockchain and crypto community in Vietnam currently lacks a clear, easy-to-understand source of information comparing Cardano and other Layer 1 blockchains. This makes many investors, developers, or newcomers unable to recognize Cardano's outstanding technological advances. The large volume of technical documentation, complex language, and scattered information make it even more difficult to access.
We approach the problem by producing a series of visual, concise, and reliable comparisons between Cardano and other Layer 1 ecosystems (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) based on key criteria: decentralization, security, scalability. This approach helps viewers quickly grasp the differences, while clearly seeing Cardano's technological advantages and long-term vision.
Specific Solutions, We will compare Cardano to other Layer 1s based on the following criteria:
It is necessary to conduct a series of comparisons so that the community can clearly understand that Cardano has made significant technological progress compared to other ecosystems, thereby trusting, loving and determined to build a stronger Cardano blockchain.

This proposal will bring significant value to the blockchain community in Vietnam, especially the Cardano Vietnam community. Through this series of content, the Cardano community in Vietnam will access useful knowledge, thereby attracting new members to contribute to the ecosystem, attracting new investors, and encouraging developers to choose Cardano as a platform for their projects. These are long-term values with high expansion potential.
The proposed budget has been optimized for each role. Since this is an innovative project, requiring higher video quality than conventional marketing campaigns, participants need to be carefully selected based on specific criteria:
The use of professional studios and specialized filming equipment is necessary to produce high-quality content that is attractive enough for viewers. All of these costs have been optimized at a reasonable level, in line with the general level in Vietnam.
