Cardano seems too complex for companies; without hands-on demos, their staff ignore it. We need a playful learning experience that turns abstract blockchain ideas into concrete, shareable skills.
An AR team-building where company employees capture virtual items and tackle Cardano quizzes, learn PoS, NFT use-cases, and real-world value through play, with take-home learning resources.

Marketing
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target corporate teams in France/EU (managers, HR, CIOs, finance/tech staff). We reach them via our existing client base, B2B trade shows, partner referrals, and direct sales. This matters for Cardano because it onboards non-technical professionals through a hands-on AR game (wallets, NFTs, staking), converting curiosity into concrete PoCs and future on-chain activity for the ecosystem.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Design Cardano learning modules and game mechanics; integrate into our AR platform; create assets and bilingual content; run internal tests and a pilot; deliver corporate sessions; provide post-session learning materials; publish transparent impact data; pursue Qualiopi certification; market through trade shows and partnerships (SPOs/identity/DEX testnets); collect feedback and iterate.
What are your success metrics?
12-month targets: number of sessions delivered; employees engaged; wallets created; NFTs minted; staking/delegation actions; partner integrations used in-game; pilot-to-POC conversions and signed corporate contracts; repeat bookings; participant satisfaction (NPS); public impact reports published; community referrals converted. Baseline goal: ~15 corporate sessions, ~750 participants, ≥1 corporate POC initiated.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Problem
For most employees, blockchain remains an abstraction. Without concrete, hands-on experience, Cardano never enters their business conversations.
Solution – Safari Cardano powered by BananAI
We are reusing BananAI, an augmented reality (AR) team-building platform already deployed on the market, to transform a simple, fun virtual game into a Cardano awareness workshop for employees of large companies: A Safari on Cardano.
This “animal collection” takes place during a 2-hour in-company session, playable indoors or outdoors by teams of 5–8 people: the goal is to photograph virtual animals, complete families, and score points.
Detailed concept – one-shot team-building format (1h30 to 2h30)
Brief : The facilitator hands each team a tablet and a photography manual explaining the procedures to follow to find and photograph certain animals. The objective is to photograph as many animals as possible. Once the rules have been explained, players are invited to set off on the Safari to collect as many animals as possible.
Safari :
Learning by doing: To progress, each team must learn a little more about blockchain (opening a wallet, signing an ADA transaction, minting an NFT trophy). Each blockchain-related puzzle is accompanied by a guide in their booklet, enabling them to build skills while playing.
Integrated educational modules: Interactive tutorials and real-world use cases (finance, supply chain, digital identity) are built into the game to illustrate Cardano’s practical applications.
Cooperation and competition: The format fosters teamwork and collaboration, while encouraging motivation through rankings.
Inspired by our successful AI workshops — where creating a comic book or a song helped simplify complex concepts — the Safari Cardano team building paves the way for a new corporate approach that combines fun and learning.
Target audience and engagement
Our solution is aimed primarily at French and international companies of all sizes wishing to raise their teams’ awareness of blockchain and digital innovation. It is particularly suited to the finance, consulting, and tech sectors, but remains accessible to all types of organizations.
Who will benefit ?
Conclusion
Safari Cardano turns curiosity into adoption, bringing blockchain to life for thousands of professionals while strengthening their team cohesion. We adapt proven AR technology to create the preferred Cardano presentation kit for Learning & Development teams — with zero development risk — while generating clear metrics on community growth.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Our internal teams, supported by freelancers for specific tasks, can easily absorb this additional workload, and our project managers are accustomed to managing complex projects over several months.
Teams Connect internally creates 2 major team buildings each year and 6 smaller ones. We already have a strong appetite for technology and for using applications — simple or complex — to bring our games to life.
In summary, our track record proves we know how to deliver ambitious technological team buildings and manage medium-term creation budgets. Safari Cardano fits squarely within this expertise, with its deliberately fun and educational approach — a hallmark of our company.

In case the price of ADA increases, we will offer additional services.
These additional services will involve the online deployment of another type of game mechanic. Instead of capturing animals, players will be immersed in the Risk universe, capturing territories in real time to ensure global domination over other teams.
Territories are captured in the same way: identifying them, solving a mini-game, and positioning them on a shared online map. Each territory is represented by an NFT object that can be collected to combine territories.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Investing 60,000 ADA in this project means: :
Each ADA committed acts like a high-yield seed — immediate (education, visibility) and future (corporate projects, network fees, adoption).
Beyond the game: why the Cardano “showcase” triggers concrete corporate actions
Corporate Flywheel Effect
Conservative estimate: : 1 companies (out of 15) launch a €100k PoC in year 2 → €100k invested in the ecosystem, already >150% of the grant amount.
