Advanced Milestone Reviewer Course Led by Program Veterans

Problem

Voters depend on milestone reviewers to hold projects accountable. When reviews are inconsistent or superficial, the community cannot govern effectively, eroding trust in the entire process.

Solution

We will build an advanced course to establish a high standard of review and effective oversight for voters, informed by interviews with top milestone reviewers & proposers and our veteran insight.

Peter Wolcott (https://www.linkedin.com/in/sirwolcott/)) is an information technology service provider, project manager, and CIO apprentice. Currently championing IT and AI services at a leading antibody discovery platform and services company, where he supports a growing ecosystem of internal scientists and external biotech startups. As founder of Ansula Systems—where Ansula means “bright”—his mission is to unblock the world’s builders at scale through well-designed systems.

Within the Cardano ecosystem, he’s been an active contributor since Project Catalyst’s Fund 5 as a PM for several funded (and closed out) initiatives. He currently serves as a Milestone Reviewer, and has, since Fund 9’s Proof of Achievement pilot program where he helped test and shape the earliest forms of decentralized milestone based accountability. He currently supports the Project Catalyst After Town Hall team in providing open and inclusive spaces for projects to present their proposed Cardano ecosystem impacts.

With a track record of bridging technical execution and human-centered learning, he is uniquely positioned to deliver training that empowers the Catalyst community to produce confident, effective milestone reviewers. This work is an extension of his broader commitment to stewarding systems that scale trust, transparency, and impact.
