This project aims to connect the Korean Cardano community with the global ecosystem and lower participation barriers for non-English users by building an integrated information and engagement hub.

The domain, server, and initial setup have already been personally funded and completed, and a beta version is currently live at cardanokorea.com.

The platform addresses three core challenges:

■ Problem 1 – Language Barrier: English-dominated content limits Korean users’ access to information.

■ Problem 2 – Information Fragmentation: Essential data is scattered across multiple platforms, making access and use inefficient.

■ Problem 3 – DApp Entry Barrier: New DApp teams face language and cultural barriers when entering the Korean market.

Most Cardano documents, governance proposals, and event announcements are available only in English, significantly reducing Korean users’ participation in governance and DApp adoption.

Korea is one of the countries with the highest cryptocurrency adoption rates in the world, with an active community and strong enthusiasm for blockchain projects.

Due to language and cultural barriers, actual participation in the Cardano ecosystem remains lower than its potential.

This project will localize Cardano’s key technical documents, governance content, DApp onboarding materials, and community news into Korean to improve accessibility.

◆ Eliminating Information Fragmentation for Cardano Users

Currently, key Cardano-related information (DApps, wallets, governance, event schedules, etc.) is scattered across multiple platforms, making it difficult for users to quickly find what they need.

This increases the time and steps required to access information, resulting in unnecessary resource consumption for users.

This project will provide a DApp directory, influencer list, wallet portfolio viewer, governance dashboard, and event calendar all in one place, maximizing the efficiency of information discovery.

◆ Hub for New DApp Market Entry

Many new DApp teams face challenges when entering non-English-speaking countries, including Korea, due to language, regulatory, and cultural differences.

This project will provide Korean-language onboarding guides, a local beta tester group, and user-matching services to reduce market entry barriers.

Through systematic localization and improved accessibility, there is significant potential to onboard thousands of new users into the Cardano ecosystem.

Furthermore, the platform structure and operational model developed in this project can be easily expanded to other non-English-speaking countries. If communities in languages such as Japanese, Vietnamese, and Spanish adopt the same approach, participation from non-English-speaking users worldwide will increase exponentially.
