We plan to host AZTECA summit 2026, expanding on the achievements of its first edition. This event will serve as a strategic meeting point for Cardano stakeholders from Mexico and across the globe. The 2025 edition proved highly successful, attracting 450+ in-person attendees in two one day events. Our goal is to establish a vibrant event for collaboration and inspire mexican institutions to embrace Cardano’s cutting-edge blockchain technology.
Alignment with Cardano's Vision
Our proposal aligns closely with Cardano’s overarching vision. By engaging a broad and diverse range of stakeholders, we seek to accelerate Cardano’s growth within Mexico. This initiative represents a strong opportunity to advance Cardano’s adoption and practical use, particularly in the historically significant mexican market, positioning it as a key step toward broader recognition and integration.

Existing Capabilities and Trust to Deliver
The Cardano Mexico Community successfully delivered the first edition of AZTECA Summit in 2025, an event that brought together hundreds of participants across two cities and achieved all its planned KPIs. This proven track record demonstrates our ability to design, coordinate, and execute large-scale initiatives within budget and with measurable impact.
In addition to AZTECA Summit, we organized the Intersect LATAM Annual Member Meeting in Mexico City, gathering stakeholders from across the region. We have also hosted multiple conferences and workshops in various universities, engaging students, developers, and entrepreneurs in learning about the Cardano ecosystem.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The requested budget of 60,000 ADA represents high value for the Cardano ecosystem, especially considering the scope, reach, and strategic importance of the AZTECA Summit Second Edition.
Proven Track Record: Our team previously delivered the first edition of AZTECA Summit and the Intersect LATAM Annual Member Meeting, both with measurable outcomes, institutional engagement, and strong visibility within and beyond the Cardano community. This second edition builds directly on that success, ensuring continuity and growth.
Institutional Relationships at Low Cost: For a modest budget, this project will engage universities, government institutions, tech associations, and startups, fostering real-world use cases, educational partnerships, and potential adoption of Cardano infrastructure in new sectors.
High Return on Visibility and Content: The budget includes professional event coverage (photography, videos, recap content), a bilingual website, and social media campaigns that will extend the reach of Cardano far beyond attendees. This multiplies the project's visibility across LATAM and globally.
