Perceived Problems:

1. Ineffective community activities lead to centralized entity creation covered by a single university participation.
2. University Participation tends to siloed their active students and less promotion, increasing barriers to entry for the entity.
3. Middleman issues generate massive potential risks and loss in the future, capitalizing unseen potential 4. strength and opportunities.
4. Volunteer biased recognition and gender biased make less participation of Cardano Governance
5. Social Impact concerned and regenerating the new onboarding volunteer to onboard the new proposal in Bandung city, Project Catalyst and local Grants by venture capital as well.
6. New students unable to be recognized by Cardano Communities in Indonesia, Developer activity and transaction occurred means Decentralize ecosystem.
7. New proposals with repetitive applicants' names joined under one proposal showed less cooperation between groups especially from one university involvement= business environment and level of confidence toward investors outside the ecosystem means low.

Unique Selling Position:

Cardano Woman Indonesia Fund 10 has achieved all the outputs that need to be delivered. We got other findings and plans to be executed on this Fund 14. We acknowledge the necessity for Cardano Communities in Indonesia will have to face the real world challenges such as:

		a. Legal arrangement with government bodies

		b. Web 2 campaigns that are specific and honest work.

	c. Venture ready and investor ready proposal to prove the milestone and hard work pre and post the Fund’s cycle.

Reasons and Findings:

Our local community expanded and the active contributor get additional team member, Vinni alfiana with Government Entreprise company, Inti inti Shar that bravely campaigning the Blockchain technology after the Constitutional Workshop in Bandung city, Khomarudin Isbandi that held authority of Wira Bangsa Academy, led the training for police enforcement and Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia enforcement which empower the value of gender among the society. Yong with the passionate developer translator for everyone to be entertained and get better understanding between woman and man in the Bandung ecosystem, uniting the universities regionally.

Main Benefits

Through our initiatives and meetups before the Fund 14 begin, consecutive mindsets arranged, we want to encourage all ideations similar to the success of Cardano Woman Indonesia Fund 10, that generate almost 9 proposals ideation, consisting of diverse backgrounds of professionalism. What we need today is to accommodate the transparent meetup with Venture Capitals, train our Cardano Woman Indonesia Community with a feasible writing experience and be able to see opportunities from local Grants in Indonesia, even better, a foreign investor that will not worry the community for data storage server.

Backed by Bandung Technology Institute (ITB) top 20 Asia’s universities in 2019 and still giving its best through their subjects of study and organization well known on business and professionals. Applying the feasible steps of academic liaison as some of our contributors actively engaged the Institute. We acknowledge the web 2 plan of 2021-2024 has been completed, and Cardano on web 3 will enable us to speed up the implementation phase of 2025-2028.

Indirect TVL for Cardano Treasury:

Performing the activities while involving new onboarding community to the right target market will increase the visibility of the Cardano as role model and good governance in Indonesia, while establishing legal standing of Cardano Woman Indonesia, limited and operated fully maximized with NGOs association and partnership occurred, formally collaborate with several stakeholders of local community groups.

Volunteer and Social Impact’s Adoption

Social Impact’s proposal from the new quality of Cardano Project Catalyst spread out and reached out to the local environment, eligible to be submitted on Catalyst, but prioritizing the local Grants and local VC grants timeline. “Tokenized” the value of previous active contributors in Indonesia to be marked and maintained on the roadmap of Indonesian Hubs.

Aligning Indonesia National’s Vision on Blockchain

Recent regulation of limited operation and allowed items for Blockchain to operate in Indonesia has enormously increased the attention of traditional market and web 2 workers to see and give more effort to Cardano ecosystem, rapidly growing, the teams has been diversified into several proposals with different team compositions and new people onboarded. Legally supportive, and this is the key to take actions after a long time period since our First Funded proposal on Fund10.
