Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target Portuguese-speaking audiences worldwide, focusing on Brazil and Portugal. Portuguese is spoken by over 260M people, with Brazil and Portugal hosting large and growing crypto communities. However, access to consistent Cardano content in Portuguese remains limited.
Our plan is to deliver daily videos and weekly X Spaces, promoted via social media and Cardano community channels. By engaging this underserved but high-potential audience, we will drive adoption and meaningful participation in the Cardano ecosystem.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Daily study and research on the Cardano ecosystem.
Production of 366 daily videos (10–20 minutes each) in Portuguese.
Hosting of 53 weekly X Spaces (60 minutes each).
Promotion and distribution to the Portuguese-speaking Cardano community.
Active community engagement through answering questions, supporting new users, and encouraging discussion and participation.
What are your success metrics?
Achieving a minimum of 1,000 views per video.
Reaching a minimum of 100 participants per Space.
Consistent audience growth and engagement across platforms (comments, shares, discussions).
Building an active, supportive Portuguese-speaking community around Cardano.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Over the course of one year, we will produce 366 videos in Portuguese, one per day, each lasting 10 to 20 minutes, along with 53 X Spaces, one per week, each lasting 60 minutes.
The content will take the form of an informative leaflet on ecosystem projects, combined with space for Q&A, discussion of perspectives, and sharing of experiences. The goal is to promote mutual support, community growth, and the adoption of Cardano ecosystem protocols.
We plan to reach a minimum of 1,000 views per video and 100 participants per Space. To encourage participation, a raffle will be held for a basket of promising ecosystem tokens, valued at approximately USD 10 per Space.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The audience for this proposal is the Portuguese-speaking Cardano community. The benefit we want to achieve is to give this audience access to quality information about the ecosystem, which they would otherwise have difficulty with due to the language barrier.
Information equals freedom of opportunities.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We produced videos and live streams together on the Cardanistas YouTube Channel from 2020 to 2025, for 10,000 subscribers.
We have been holding these meetings for a year, with a minimum audience per meeting of around 30 participants.
We have a plan to increase the audience to 100 listeners per Space, through the draw to encourage participation.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
A substantial part of the success of projects in this market comes down to supply and demand, projects need to have a robust product, which solves someone's pain, which creates real use cases desirable by the public, but if these products do not reach the knowledge of masses, the project will not be successful.
The cost of implementing this proposal is low compared to the benefit of promoting the ecosystem to non-English-speaking audiences, benefiting a large number of DEFI, REALFI, RWA, DEPIN, AI, GAME, NFTs and Utility projects with visibility and adoption.
