Universities and tech hubs in Latam still lack access to structured training in Spanish on Cardano, especially with modern technologies like Aiken and Tx3. This limits the adoption in DeSci.
Develop and publish a short online course on Aiken & Tx3, applied to DeSci. Conduct in-person talks to present Cardano, DeSci, Aiken, and Tx3. Run a virtual Bootcamp, focused on DeSci applications.
This is the total amount allocated to Build on Cardano: DeSci Amplified + Aiken&Tx3 Bootcamp.

Training
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
Universities and tech hubs in Latam still lack access to structured training in Spanish on Cardano, especially with modern technologies like Aiken and Tx3. This limits the adoption in DeSci.
This matters for Cardano because increases the visibility in academia Promotes the adoption of Cardano as the foundational infrastructure for DeSci.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
What are your success metrics?
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
This project seeks to combine outreach, educational production, and applied technical training, building on a proven foundation (DeSci Quark). In-person activities open institutional doors, while the recorded content and online course leave a far-reaching, lasting impact.
We propose an educational strategy in four phases:
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Value to Cardano Community:
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Damián Hryb, a respected engineer and active member of the Cardano community since 2021, is the founder of CardanoTrees, the first fully on-chain evolutive generative art project on Cardano, where digital trees grow autonomously—merging blockchain, visual art, and environmental awareness. He played a key role in Veritree’s Initial Tree Offering (ITO), a milestone collaboration with Cardano Forest that enabled the planting of real trees through blockchain innovation. Damián has been recognized in several Cardano hackathons, including winning first place at the Cardano Tech week hackathon and second place in the Cardano LATAM Builders Hackathon . He has extensive experience developing with Cardano, has completed the Smart Contract Programming course from ADALAB–UTN (organized by IOHK), and continues to advance his expertise using next-generation tools such as Aiken. Beyond blockchain, Damián brings over 15 years of experience as a university professor in Argentina, teaching engineering and numerical modeling, which enriches his ability to connect technology with education, creativity, and sustainable impact.
