Cardano and carbon footprint remain abstract for companies; without a fun, hands-on experience, their teams don’t engage. We create an immersive game linking ESG action with concrete blockchain use.
An AR team-building where company employees capture virtual items and tackle Cardano quizzes, learn PoS, NFT use-cases, and real-world value through play, with take-home learning resources.

License and Additional Information
While the core game platform and proprietary business logic will remain closed to protect our commercial model, we will openly share the educational materials, ESG learning modules, and impact reports as open resources. This allows the Cardano community, universities, and regional hubs to reuse the content, while ensuring the professional game delivery system remains sustainable.

Marketing
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We target corporate teams in France/EU (HR, managers, CIOs, CSR/ESG staff). We reach them via our existing ESG team‑building portfolio, B2B trade shows, partner channels, and direct client base. This matters for Cardano because it positions the blockchain as the leading low‑carbon option, linking ESG goals with on‑chain actions, helping companies discover Cardano’s value in sustainability and compliance contexts.
Provide a list of key activities of your project?
Design ESG‑themed challenges tied to Cardano use cases; produce bilingual content and visuals; integrate into our AR/escape platform; prepare facilitator manuals; run internal tests and pilot; deliver corporate sessions; provide awareness materials; gather and publish transparent impact data; prepare Qualiopi certification; market through trade shows, events, and referrals; collect feedback for iteration.
What are your success metrics?
12‑month targets: sessions delivered; employees engaged; corporate ESG managers onboarded; wallets opened; NFTs minted (e.g., Veritree tokens); transactions executed; adoption of Cardano projects highlighted; satisfaction (NPS); repeat/company bookings; public impact reports published. Baseline goal: ~15 corporate sessions, ~750 participants, ≥1 ESG‑linked corporate PoC or pilot launched.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Problem
For most employees, blockchain remains an abstraction. Without a concrete, real-life experience, Cardano never enters their business conversations.
Solution - Carbon footprint powered by Cardano
The Carbon Footprint – Powered by Cardano team building is an immersive and educational experience designed to raise corporate employees’ awareness of reducing their carbon footprint while discovering the principles and use cases of the Cardano blockchain.
Over 1h30 to 2h, participants — corporate employees, divided into teams of 6 — start with a virtual “carbon credit” corresponding to the average emissions of X people.
Their mission: reduce this carbon balance by completing a series of themed modules linked to concrete ecological actions… and their equivalents in the Cardano ecosystem.
Detailed concept – one-shot team-building format (1h30 to 2h30)
Each module links an ESG theme to a Cardano blockchain scenario, connecting environmental awareness to technological education:
**Learning by doing : **To progress, each team must learn more about blockchain, and discover the many possibilities already offered by it through presentations of specific, themed projects.
In addition, the saved kCO₂ becomes “voting power” to select a real ESG action to be implemented in the company — a direct metaphor for Cardano’s decentralized governance system.
Strong ESG link : Position Cardano as the blockchain of reference for companies concerned about their carbon footprint.
Integrated educational modules: Interactive tutorials and real-world use cases (finance, supply chain, digital identity) are built into the game to illustrate Cardano’s practical applications.
Cooperation and competition: The format fosters teamwork and collaboration, while motivating participants through a leaderboard.
Inspired by our successful AI workshops — where creating a comic book or a song helped simplify complex concepts — the Carbon Footprint with Cardano team building opens the door to a new corporate approach combining fun and learning.
Target audience and engagement
Our solution is aimed primarily at French and international companies of all sizes wishing to raise their teams’ awareness of blockchain and digital innovation. It is particularly suited to the finance, consulting, and tech sectors but remains accessible to all types of organizations.
Who will benefit
Many Cardano projects are showcased during the game, increasing their visibility and adoption. It also positions Cardano as the reference blockchain for energy efficiency and carbon footprint management.
Conclusion
This turnkey format, with no technical development risk, becomes the ideal kit for Learning & Development teams looking to combine cohesion, technological education, and sustainable engagement — while generating clear metrics on Cardano community growth and its positioning as the low-carbon blockchain of reference.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Through the Carbon Footprint with Cardano educational game program, we transform corporate seminars into concrete touchpoints with the ecosystem, with no software development. Each session:
Key pillars for positive impact:
The Carbon Footprint – Powered by Cardano team building turns ESG awareness into a blockchain adoption lever. By immersing thousands of professionals in a fun experience where every action reduces their virtual carbon footprint, we bring the Cardano blockchain to life within a concrete, engaging scenario.
Through this approach, participants not only discover Cardano’s technical fundamentals, but also real projects from its ecosystem dedicated to green finance, responsible traceability, and environmental governance.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our internal teams, supported by freelancers for specific tasks, can easily absorb this additional workload, and our project managers are used to managing complex projects over several months.
Teams Connect internally creates 2 major team buildings each year and 6 smaller ones. We already have a strong appetite for technology and for using applications — simple or complex — to bring our games to life.
In summary, our track record proves that we can deliver ambitious technological team buildings and manage medium-term creation budgets. The Carbon Footprint with Cardano is fully aligned with this expertise, with its deliberately fun and educational approach — a hallmark of our company.

Trade shows : 5 000 ADA - (4%)
In case the price of ADA increases, we will offer additional services.
These additional services will involve the online deployment of another type of game mechanic. Instead of capturing animals, players will be immersed in the Risk universe, capturing territories in real time to ensure global domination over other teams.
Territories are captured in the same way: identifying them, solving a mini-game, and positioning them on a shared online map. Each territory is represented by an NFT object that can be collected to combine territories.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
Each ADA committed acts like a high-yield seed — immediate (education, visibility) and future (corporate projects, network fees, adoption).
Beyond the game: why the Cardano “showcase” triggers concrete corporate actions
Corporate Flywheel Effect
Conservative estimate: : 1 companies (out of 15) launch a €100k PoC in year 2 → €100k invested in the ecosystem, already >150% of the grant amount.
Total converted at €0.50/ADA = €30 000: 20× less than a global corporate hackathon (~€600k for 500 people, PwC 2024).
