Education
Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
• We target newcomers to crypto, Cardano community members, SPOs, Catalyst proposers, educators, and developers who need a clear and structured way to learn about Cardano and its ecosystem. By providing an A–Z glossary interactive web platform, we lower the entry barrier for users and help them understand key concepts, wallets, dApps, and tools.
• Outreach will be done through leading Web2 platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
Cardano currently lacks a concise, structured, and accessible educational resource that introduces newcomers and community members to crypto concepts, while also explaining Cardano-specific mechanisms, wallets, dApps, and tools. Existing information is often fragmented, highly technical, or outdated, which makes it difficult for users to build confidence and engage with the ecosystem.
Our solution is Cardano from A–Z, a comprehensive and open-source educational package that combines:
• An A–Z glossary of crypto and Cardano terms,
• Extended explanations of Cardano ecosystem concepts such as staking, governance, and Catalyst,
• Overviews of key dApps (DEXs, lending protocols, NFT marketplaces, GameFi),
• Guidance on tools like TapTools, DefiLlama, explorers, and wallets,
• Infographics to visually explain complex topics,
• An interactive web glossary platform for easy navigation and search,
• Open-source documentation on GitHub where all content will be maintained,
• Short educational videos optimized for Web2 platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
By providing this mix of written, visual, and video content, we address different learning styles and lower the barrier of entry for users. The platform ensures long-term accessibility, while the GitHub repository guarantees openness, transparency, and future expandability by the community.
This solution matters for Cardano because it:
• Helps newcomers quickly understand the ecosystem,
• Gives community members and SPOs practical tools to engage and educate others,
• Provides developers and proposers with a shared reference point,
• Ensures open-source transparency and long-term sustainability,
• Strengthens Cardano’s visibility on Web2 platforms through accessible educational videos.
In short, we transform scattered and technical knowledge into a structured, beginner-friendly, open, and lasting educational resource, ensuring that more people can confidently enter and grow within the Cardano ecosystem.
Additionally, this project bridges outreach and education. By distributing short, engaging videos on Web2 platforms, we ensure maximum visibility and attract new audiences who may otherwise never discover Cardano. Once reached, these users are guided towards our interactive glossary and open-source resources, which provide them with a clear and accessible pathway into the ecosystem. This combined approach — outreach on mainstream networks and in-depth learning within the Cardano environment — makes adoption easier, faster, and more sustainable.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
Implementing this proposal will enrich the Cardano educational ecosystem with a structured, accessible, and open platform. The impact will be visible across multiple levels:
• For newcomers: lowers the entry barrier by providing clear definitions and explanations of crypto and Cardano terms, wallets, dApps, and tools.
• For community members and SPOs: provides a resource they can share to onboard new users more effectively.
• For educators and proposers: creates a shared reference point with consistent terminology and explanations, reducing confusion and fragmentation.
• For developers: offers an open-source knowledge base that can be expanded, reused, and integrated into other projects.
Measuring Impact:
• Tracking number of glossary terms published (150+).
• Monitoring use of the interactive web glossary (traffic and engagement).
• Monitoring reach of educational videos (impressions on X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Collecting user feedback from at least 50 participants confirming clarity and usefulness.
In addition to the immediate educational benefits, long-term sustainability will be ensured because all outputs are open-source and hosted on GitHub. Community members, SPOs, and educators will be able to contribute new terms and updates. Clear contribution guidelines will be established, and periodic updates encouraged. If significant expansion is needed, the project can be scaled further through community contributions or follow-up Catalyst proposals.
Overall, this project strengthens Cardano’s onboarding funnel, supports knowledge-sharing, and helps create a more informed, engaged, and confident community.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our team has experience in blockchain education, content creation, and community engagement, with a strong understanding of the Cardano ecosystem and its key components (wallets, staking, dApps, governance, tooling).
• We have previously contributed to educational initiatives and open-source projects within the Cardano community.
• The project is feasible because it builds primarily on content creation and platform development, not on unproven research.
• The GitHub repository ensures transparency and allows the community to follow progress step by step.
• The web glossary platform uses standard web development tools and frameworks, making delivery realistic within the proposed timeline.
• Video production and outreach on Web2 platforms is a proven method for gaining visibility and engagement.
Because of the open-source nature of the project, even after completion the community will be able to update, expand, and reuse the content, which guarantees long-term sustainability and relevance.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
Milestone 1 – A–Z Glossary draft + GitHub repo (1 month) – 7,000 ADA
Milestone 2 – Extended content + Infographics (2 months) – 8,500 ADA
Milestone 3 – Interactive Web Glossary (2 months) – 15,000 ADA
Milestone 4 – Marketing & Survey results (1 month) – 15,000 ADA
Final Milestone – Project Close-out (1 month) – 7,500 ADA
Justification of Costs
The proposed budget of 53,000 ADA is justified by the scope of work and the diversity of outputs: glossary, extended documentation, infographics, an interactive web platform, video content, and survey-based validation. Costs are distributed across research, content creation, design, development, promotion, and final reporting.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
This project represents a cost-effective way to create a long-term, open, and reusable educational resource for the Cardano ecosystem. The budget is allocated across clearly defined milestones that cover research, content creation, design, web development, video production, promotion, and final reporting. By ensuring transparency through open-source publication and measurable deliverables, the project provides both immediate educational benefits and sustainable long-term value.
Why is this an Investment Worth Making?
This project delivers a structured, beginner-friendly, and openly accessible platform that helps newcomers, SPOs, educators, and developers engage with Cardano more effectively. The glossary, extended explanations, infographics, web glossary, and videos create a full ecosystem of educational tools that will be available to anyone free of charge. Because everything is open-source, the community can expand and improve it over time, making the resource relevant well beyond the project’s completion.
Unlike existing Cardano documentation (which is often too technical), scattered community glossaries (which lack maintenance), or portals like Cardano Cube (which are directory-style rather than explanatory), our project combines multiple elements into a single, sustainable educational hub. By integrating an A–Z glossary, extended explanations, infographics, and short-form videos into one interactive and open-source platform, we provide a unified, beginner-friendly resource that lowers barriers to entry and can continuously evolve through community contributions.
Why is This Worth the Cost?
The cost of 53,000 ADA is justified by the scope and diversity of the deliverables: glossary (150+ terms), extended documentation, infographics, an interactive web platform, 15–20 short educational videos, promotion, and survey results. Each milestone is carefully defined with clear outputs and acceptance criteria.
This allocation ensures:
• High-quality and accurate educational content.
• Professional design and user-friendly presentation.
• Reliable and accessible web platform integrated with GitHub.
• Effective outreach through social platforms with measurable impressions.
• Transparent reporting and community validation through surveys.
