Who you’re targeting, how you’ll reach them, and why this matters for Cardano.
We are targeting early-stage builders and developers eager to explore, innovate, and showcase projects on Cardano.
Outreach will be done through university blockchain clubs, local developer communities, social media campaigns (X, LinkedIn), and community partners in each city.
This matters for Cardano because it builds a grassroots developer base in India’s largest tech hubs, channeling talent into real projects that strengthen adoption and ecosystem growth.

Overview
To address the lack of a right platform for early-stage builders to ideate, innovate, and build collaboratively, we propose the Cardano Build Kitchen: Ideate, Collaborate, Showcase — a 1-Day Mini Hack Series across four Tier-1 cities in India: Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad.
What It Is ?
The Build Kitchen is designed as a fast-paced, fully focused hackathon environment where developers come together to:
How It Works
Why This Matters
Vision Alignment
The Cardano Build Kitchen is not just an event series; it’s the start of a grassroots innovation layer for Cardano in India. By providing developers with the right environment, mentorship, and recognition, we ensure that early ideas can grow into sustainable, real-world Cardano projects.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
1. Expanding the Builder Base
Engaging developers across four major tech hubs in India — Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, and Hyderabad — will introduce 200+ new builders to the Cardano ecosystem, strengthening its global developer pool.
2. Sustainable Project Pipeline
The initiative will generate 30+ new projects, many of which can evolve into long-term ecosystem contributions, fueling adoption and showcasing Cardano’s utility.
3. Local Community Building
Each mini hack will establish a city-level Cardano developer community on Telegram with 50+ active members. These communities become local hubs for continuous collaboration, peer learning, and ongoing project development.
4. Mentorship & Learning
Structured feedback loops and mentor guidance will equip builders with the right perspective to succeed, improving the quality and sustainability of projects.
5. Global Visibility
Through PR campaigns, social media coverage, highlight videos, and impact reports, the series will give Cardano international visibility as a developer-friendly and innovation-driven ecosystem.
In Summary
The Cardano Build Kitchen will empower new builders, create sustainable projects, strengthen local developer communities, and amplify global visibility. This ensures a stronger, more innovative, and inclusive future for the Cardano ecosystem.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
Our Background & Experience
Proven & Tested Approach
This proposal is based on a tried-and-tested model, not just an idea. Our past hackathons and learning camps have shown high participation, strong project outputs, and lasting developer engagement. We understand the challenges early-stage builders face — from lack of structure to limited mentorship — and our program is designed to remove these roadblocks.
Empathy-Driven Planning
This plan is built with empathy for developers who deserve a supportive, cost-free environment to build, and with empathy for the Cardano ecosystem, which needs structured platforms to grow serious projects. By creating inclusive hack environments with dedicated mentorship and community building, we ensure developers feel supported, motivated, and aligned with Cardano’s growth.
Validation & Feasibility
By combining experience, proven models, and a community-first mindset, this project ensures feasibility, trust, and measurable impact for the Cardano ecosystem.
