porfoilo: https://djibril.me

Designs the program, curriculum, and KPI framework.

Leads delivery of workshops/cohorts, hosts livestreams, and manages mentors.

Owns partnerships (universities, clubs), hiring of contractors, and stakeholder updates.

Approves budget, publishes quarterly reports, and keeps the public KPI dashboard current.

Adjunct Instructor (to be contracted, across cohorts)

Co-teaches two 8-week cohorts; runs labs on wallets, staking, DeFi, and basic Plutus/Marlowe.

Creates quizzes, grades assignments, and maintains the LMS.

Covers guest sessions when Djibril is traveling.

Teaching Assistant & Community Coordinator (0.5 FTE)

Handles Discord/Telegram operations, moderation, FAQs, and learner support.

Runs event registration, check-in, attendance logs, and satisfaction surveys.

Tracks learner progress for certificates and micro-credential badges.

Media Producer / Editor (0.4 FTE, contract)

Produces and edits 50 short bilingual videos; manages thumbnails/captions.

Schedules uploads, tracks analytics (views, watch time, CTR), and iterates content.

Assists with livestream setup and post-event edits.

Events & Partnerships Coordinator (0.3 FTE, contract)

Secures venues, catering, and speaker logistics; maintains calendar and run-of-show.

Coordinates with university clubs/associations for recruitment and room access.

Manages sponsor/guest communications and post-event write-ups.

Finance & Compliance Officer (0.2 FTE, part-time)

Maintains the open ledger (invoices, receipts, vendor contracts).

Reconciles milestone spend vs. budget; prepares quarterly financial snapshots.

Ensures we follow data-privacy and safeguarding policies for learners.

AV/IT Technician (as-needed contract)

Sets up projector/camera/mics, records sessions, and ensures stable streaming.

Manages backups: LTE failover, UPS, and on-site recordings for redundancy.

Keeps an inventory list and run-book for repeatable setups.

Graphic Designer (as-needed contract)

Creates slide templates, workshop kits, and social assets for campaigns.

Ensures brand consistency across decks, badges, and certificates.

Mentors (25 volunteers/contracted stipends, time-boxed)

Support capstone projects during the mentorship sprint; hold weekly office hours.

Review demos and provide written feedback; nominate teams for hackathon entries.

Governance & Oversight

Advisory Circle (3–5 members, unpaid/expenses only): a university lecturer, a local Cardano advocate, and a community organizer.

Meets monthly to review KPIs, budget snapshots, risks, and learner feedback.

Approves any scope changes; minutes are published with quarterly reports.

Hiring & Coverage Plan

Job descriptions and rates prepared for each role; two shortlisted candidates per seat to ensure continuity.

Documented lesson plans and checklists allow instructors/TAs to substitute with minimal friction.

Backup venue and portable AV kit ready in case of site outages.

Availability & Cadence

Weekly team stand-up (ops + content + education).

Monthly Advisory review; quarterly public report.

Fixed delivery rhythm: monthly workshop, biweekly livestream, and cohort/mentorship windows as scheduled.

Why this team works: clear ownership, lightweight governance, and enough redundancy to keep delivery on track—while remaining lean and transparent under an individual-led model.
